Perfect customer service!
I ordered 3 bottles of expensive (for me) wine which were a gift for a special achievement. Other than the trusted high quality vino I knew was getting, the clincher was that it said 'The First' on the label, at least on the website picture. Anyway, wine turns up exactly on time but has different labelling. Initially I was disappointed but called and spoke to Mike who sorted out the last 2 bottles he had with the old labelling on them and sent them straight over! Can't ask for any more really. Now looking forward to actually tasting the wine! Thanks Mike, very much appreciated.

Fine selection of very niche Spanish wines at fair prices. What most impressed was their unsolicited assistance with logistics related to my as yet unpaid order for delivery to Scotland. Once paid for, the wine arrived just two days later and nicely packaged in robust air bags. Thank you.
