Great wine, delivery was a mess.
The shipping was a mess. I tried to change the delivery date, but then got a message that the courier would deliver on another date than I had chosen, so I tried to change it again - in the end my order was delivered on a completely different date - neither the one I had chosen nor the one they had said.
But the wines are fabulous!

We've carefully chosen APC as our courier partner as we know that they are an extension of our business and, whilst they get it right most of the time, I can see that there were issues with your delivery.
