Good communication from vendor about tracking of the bike. Bike arrived within the 7 to 10 days timeframe. Well packed product.

Update on previous review if anyone would like screenshots of the chat to see the way they talk to customers. I was told I would receive my order in 10 working days and its now been a month with no sign of the package coming. Tracking info provided was invalid and without any form of contact. When I finally reached out to the business , the customer support was very hostile and said they couldn't help. The shipping company wouldn't give me updates as I wasn't the one who placed the order and this guy continues to tell me its on me. Now my package is either lost or gone and I haven't a way to get my money back and the seller ghosted me.

Communication was excellent. My husband text a few times and he was replied to nearly straight away. Very helpful. Speedy delivery. We got two bikes ordered separately came with two weeks of ordering.

Everything was perfect and the delivery on time. Would recommend this lad before any other popular shops.

I was delighted to see that this company advertised an Ado air 20 pro for €1698 on their website, I was in the process of placing an order through the "cycle to work scheme" when this guy dropped a bombshell on me. He wanted to add an Admin charge of €300 onto the price of the sale making a €1700 euro sale a €2000 sale.
If you intend to buy from this company don't bother using the cycle to work scheme as you will be ripped off.
They also use Adverts.ie where the price they list on that site are also considerably less than what you will actually end up paying.

Very happy with my electric bike. I’ve been using it for 4 months now. Goes up to 22km/h, the battery lasts up to 1 hour + 15 minutes, and it charged fully in 3 hours.

The bike arrived in about 2 weeks, beside that everything was fine. That’s the reason i’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, the long waiting period for the bike to arrive.

Weil ich mich unseriös behandelt fühle.
Von Anfang an die Bestellung eine Katastrophe ist. Anstatt rot bekommt man verrot Display Software Probleme wo ich von ihrem Berater nicht ernst genommen wurde und er denn Fehler bei mir suchte. Dann nichts an Papieren dabei weder Betriebsbuch oder Papiere vom Akku ,Motor , Ladegerät und ganz wichtig Betriebserlaubnis oder COC . Die Lieferung war unvollständig. Ich habe mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das ich diese Papiere benötige. Bei der Farbe hab ich ja noch gesagt OK beim Display hat es ja nach ca. 1 Woche geklappt allerdings wurde ihr Berater mit dem ich geschrieben habe frech und meinte ich müsste die deutschen Gesetze eben besser kennen und ihre Fahrräder wären alle zugelassen. Sie haben in ihrer verkaufs Beschreibung nirgends einen Hinweis darauf das die angebotenen akze s2 nicht im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr genutzt werden darf. Ich habe ihrem Berater gesagt entweder ich bekomme die Betriebserlaubnis oder COC für das Fahrzeug oder er soll es zurücknehmen.
Darauf seine Antwort ich hab denn Karton geöffnet und es genutzt .
Mal ne Frage wie soll man feststellen ob die Lieferung komplett ist und sie funktioniert ohne nach zu schauen?
Da wurde er er frech, ich würde ihm von Anfang an nerven usw.
Ich bin Kunde habe Beanstandungen und werde behandelt wie ein ... !
Ich möchte die Papiere oder die kostenfreie Rücknahme.
Wo ist da das Problem ? Jetzt auch noch frech werden oder was ? Die Farbe war nicht rot die ich bekommen habe sondern verwaschenes dunkel lila das hat mitvrot nichts zutun. Zum Display sie wissen ganz genau das der Fehler nicht bei mir lag da sie sich selbst erst Mal ein Hersteller Code besorgen mussten und sie weigern sich weiter mit die Bedienungsanleitung nach zu senden warum ? Ich habe ein Anrecht darauf oder würden sie ein Fahrzeug kaufen ohne Bedienungsanleitung? Sicher nicht . Unterste Schublade wie sie mit Kunden umgehen locken mich mit einer Bewertung hierhin um mich dann öffentlich als Idioten dar zu stellen sie sollten sich was schämen ! Und zum Thema rücknahme erklären sie mir Mal wie man sich vom ordnungsgemäßer Lieferung überzeugen soll ohne denn Karton zu öffnen ? Und wie will man sich vom technischen Zustand überzeugen ohne es zu testen ? Ich denke Mal das mit da jeder zustimmen wird das das nicht möglich ist ohne denn Karton zu öffnen.

Excellent bike it was delivered from shop in Dublin to Kildare same day I paid for it at no extra charge. Had it assembled in about 15 minutes and had enough power in battery for test ride and after adjustments to brakes it was safe for the road. Cheers EP 🚲 👍

I had good communication with the shop through WhatsApp, there were some issues with shipping due to a heavy bike being shipped to Denmark, so the delivery time was a little longer than anticipated, however the bike arrived just in time for my birthday and in full working order.
