Furthermore, after contacting them, they agreed to give me a slight discount. They are very nice as a company and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Nothing short of an extraordinary company.

The Best customer service ever. We was in luck of time for our Son BD, and i send an email if is possible to prioritise the order. On second day at 7am i got reply back with positive note. And our cyber 😂 scooter came on time. The best ever.

I ordered an Eleglide e-Bike. The bike first arrived "close to my location" and returned back. After contacting the Help Team, they solved issue in due time. I thank the Help Desk of Electric Power for their fast and helpful replies. The only problem was, that instead of getting the bike in 1 week as promised, I got it in ~1 month.

Delivery only took a few days little longer than usual but it's fine delivered on the date day and time agreed upon. Very pleased

Complete and utter timewasters and liars. Enquired about a bike, was told they had 3 in stock, available for pickup or delivery, was told 4 days for delivery, I waited, contacted the seller 5 days later after hearing nothing and was told they don't have the bike in stock. All they do is wait for you to order then they order from the bikes respective websites. I can do that myself! After confronting them about this I was told to F off and my mother insulted. Disgusting people and absolute scam artists. Look at the way they respond to reviews here that tells you everything. Skip these chancers and go straight to the bike manufacturers yourself, cheaper and no abuse. AVOID.

Look at him, this is supposed to be a professional business, yet he proves me right with every response. Imagine giving your money to this garbage individual. You do understand everyone can see you here right??

The description of the ad? Why are you lying? You know you told me you had the bike in stock, you told me you couldn't deliver the weekend because you were "away", now its "7 days delivery" and i have the screenshots on my phone to prove everything, you can't even lie good haha, 15% on 1 star reviews 👍 it will get a lot higher after people see this and the type of person you are, a liar and a scammer.

And again he replies with more insults and venom, yes I'm sure the 'bike arrived today" haha, more lies from an untrustworthy scammer. Just take a look at everything you've written here, do you really think self respecting people are going to give you their money now??? You have completely exposed yourself here for what you are, you're supposed to be a professional business, look at your behaviour towards a customer, nobody is going to give you money when they read all of this, you're finished.

Report me to the Garda for stalking 😂😂 I think you'll find there's only one person being abused here, and it's not you pal, somebody doesn't like bad reviews 👍

Very easy experience great communication with shop.Original bike ordered was discontinued but offered a different model which was a great gesture 👍order arrived very quickly through the DPD network tracking all up very quickly

Terrible. Its easier to just go buy direct from manufacturer, get yourself a good warranty some good customer service and a better price to boot. These guys just ordering from your manufacturer and charging you for it

DO NOT USE. Took weeks to process my order and were very rude and unhelpful when I called to clear up why it was taking so long. Spent €360 on a battery for my bike and the battery came with no charger, basically making it a paper weight. €80 more they wanted for charger.......joke
