Wir hatten nach ca. 2 Monaten ein Problem mit einer Bremse. Mit unss wurde innerhalb 1 Stunde Kontakt aufgenommen. Innerhalb 2 Stunden eine Lösung angeboten und innerhalb 2 Wochen war das Ersatzteilpaket da. Wir waren total geflasht!!! Kompletter Bremssatz wurde geliefert !!! Wir können den Händler und den Hersteller mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!! Hut ab !!! So kann man heutzutage immer noch ein Geschäft betreiben! Handschlag-Qualität!!!

The whole process went really smooth. The communication with the company was excellent( They replied even at the weekend). The bike got on time although it came with a broken light which was sorted out by Electric power very quickly.

Bicycle was ordered and took a couple of days to deliver.
Quick response on WhatsApp, reason for 4 star is that you can't get through on phone to anyone to actually talk to.

So pleased with my bike. After ordering I got a tracking reference and it arrived here in , Abruzzo, Italy ,a day early.The bike ,Vitilan was easy to assemble. It has enabled me to explore my surroundings, the pedal assist helps me to navigate hills I couldn't on a conventional bike. I enjoy so much more than my scooter..
