The shipping was fast, and the item was delivered on time and as described.

Be careful with this crowd, they list items on the website they haven't got or can't get. They seemingly can't run a website subsequently you have to contact them to double check they have the item. If you don't comply or miss this extra step they then abuse you by email, threaten to hold on to your money and whinge about PayPal charges. Whoever looks after their customer support maybe a child judging by the attitude and spelling so don't expect much sense from them.
**UPDATE** You can see below the pathetic response, judge for yourself if you want to do business with this lot.

Hello, I've just ordered a Cysum bike, model x-city. It works well, it's very comfortable and the price is reasonable. I have nothing to say about customer service, they answer my questions promptly and politely. Now, I didn't put 5 stars because I received the bike very late. Ordered on 11/03, was due to arrive 7 working days later, but finally received on 03/04. The assembly is not too complicated, the youtube video helps a lot, however I took another video from someone to assemble a part, not present on their video because not the same model.

I still recommand 😁
