Got an E-Bike on the BikeToWork scheme bike, communication and level of service were second to none.
Very satisfied.

Your delivery packaging and on-time service are commendable.

From the beginning never had a problem with ordering, delivery or set up of the bike. After a while of use my battery had worsened due to use and terrain. Covered under my warranty I’ve been sent a new battery and it was an easy process.

Here is my honest review....

I enquired about a Fiido T2 cargo today. Was told the price for CTW scheme is €1700. I said its advertised on the website for €1495. I was told its dearer to buy on CTW scheme. I explained this is unethical and wrong to charge 2 different prices for same product and this was the professional response from this company....quote;

"As I explained to you do whatever you want. We are not pushing you for purchasing. i hope you won't buy with us😅"

Wow....laughing at potential customers. Rude. CHECK prices. AVOID this company. Buy elsewhere. Scam company. Would not trust them.

I'm just bought bicycle Riding Times GT53 , was everything perfect. The polish guy helped me for the everything. I get the bicycle as the polish guy say it on time. I'm very happy with Electric Power

Have items listed "in stock" but dont have them reality. No notification, anything. If you refund they keep 45€ as a fee. Seems like a scam.

Update: Not the sharpest knife in the drawer and doesnt know his shop. If you click "Checkout Paypal" Button, there is no notification.

Update 2: Open case at PayPal: Buyer Protection claim: We have decided the case in your favor and will issue you a full refund of €45.00 EUR.
So to everyone who has this problem, open a paypal cases, it helps.

They order the bikes you purchased off manufacturers such as Alibaba. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE SCAM ARTISTS THERE CHARGING U EXTRA HUNDREDS!!
