This person never purchased anything from us.
This is just terrible liar and anyone who saw previous reviews it's been 22h negative reviews since 13.11.25 from same person.
Everyone is aware this not possible to get so many negative reviews by selling brand new bikes and scooters with insured methods of payments with 5 to 7 days delivery time.
You need to be more creative with your PROVOCATIONS.
You are exactly same person from Dundalk since 13.11.25 harming my business using provocations, newly created and existing Trustpilot accounts, relative's accounts, fake ones and anywhere he can.
You are very anxious I keep receiving 5 star reviews from other customers as you are just trying to make a damage to my business and low down Trustpilot score.
He is extremely involved in creating negative reviews aty Trustpilot account.
This person is continuously harming my business, my family and me since 13.11.25.
His employer made a payment for his bike through the bike to work scheme and I deliver this bike to him myself to Dundalk during the storm as he was very demanding it need to be ASAP. He also was pushing me to deliver the bike straight away as he's employer made a payment on Thursday and I work till 6pm so I should check if I got money by transfer or not. Transfer takes few days sometimes. I found out the payment is completed next day which is totally ok and contacted him to deliver the bike myself 80km away from Dublin to Dundalk.
He is looking for 200€ refund from me which is totally nonsense as he planned this all after the bike delivery. His employer made a payment for his bike for bike to work scheme and he is looking for refund into his personal account which he supplied to me. His employer was notified about it.
Since 13.11.25 till today I received 22th negative suspicious reviews from various accounts, his relatives and friends and his new accounts he created to harm my business.
He also used my Facebook profile and mentioned my private wedding details and found out where my wife works. He said he will not recommend my wife's workplace to any of customers. My wife's work place was notified about potential harm.
This perfidious individual sent to my wife's workplace which is Pharmacy and pharmacy association complaint in relation to my reply at Trustpilot.
Totally trying to make as much harm as possible to my and my wife's workplace
This person must have some issues there's no question about it. I found it out once I saw his face first time upon bike's delivery.
There's plenty of help around but he must be left on his own.
He is IT guy so he apparently knows what he's doing to be incognito and still harm my business with lowering the Trustpilot score.
Trustpilot agent are passively monitoring the situation and I'm in touch with them.
I contacted his employer who purchased the bike for him (not himself purchased it) and I was assured by principal he will have a meeting and things will be explained to him. Since that I even got more negative reviews through his harmful behavior.
Please note my last negative review was in August and April 2025 and now it's 22th negative reviews since 13.11.25.
Please also be aware that this person is interacting with me by various ways by email, Whatsapp or messages then is making provocation to have a clear basic to continusly harm and send new negative Trustpilot review.
We offer the brand new products in the box and mostly nothing can go wrong here. We are not forcing any customers to purchasing from us. We are responsive to any messages for any potential inquiries to everyone.
Please be aware where are all those negative reviews coming from.
Please also note confrontation with organics reviews is extremely hard as Trustpilot is not really defending business like us concerning the reviews as genuine.

I had a good experience buying the Randride YX20M plus bike from Electric Power.
The first bike I tried to buy was not available but the agent was helpful in trying to find an alternative bike for me.
The website could be improved if it had the option to be able to filter bikes according to specifications.
The bike arrived pretty quickly and came with accessories like a helmet, saddle bag and bike pump, as well as front and back lights. It also came with tools for installation.
The bike works really well and I am extremely happy with it :)

Buyers Beware
I just want to follow up on my previous review and my experience with this company.
For anyone thinking of buying from this company using the bike to work scheme, be aware that if there are any issues, they will become abusive and are also based on my experience, likely to contact your employer to complain about you.
They have also posted defamatory comments and personal remarks online, including my name and where I work.
They have even gone to the lengths of responding to a recent negative review from a customer by blaming me. They falsely claim that they have 120 reviews and only 1 bad review. They also falsely claim that I have got my friends to post negative reviews at the rate of one a day since I posted my review.
Because of this, I decided to have a look at their reviews.
They have a total of 113 reviews. Out of these 113 reviews, 81 are 5-star reviews, with the vast majority of these being only 1 or 2-time reviewers (make of that what you will)
They have 17 extremely negative reviews, with nearly all of these having been posted between April 2024 and August 2025.
I also took the time to look through their negative reviews, and below are my findings:
• Pattern of Threats or Strange Behaviour
• Warranty Issues & Lack of After-Sales Support
• Shipping & Tracking Problems
• Unprofessional Business Behaviour
• Rude, Hostile, and Abusive Communication
• Personal insults (e.g., telling people to F off, insulting their mother)
• Refusing Returns & Blaming Customers
• Poor Quality Control & Missing Items
• Overcharging, Hidden Fees, and Price Manipulation
• Misleading Product Information & Fake “In-Stock” Claims
Several reviews explicitly call the company:
• Scam artists
• Dodgy dealers
• Timewasters
• Untrustworthy
• A scam company
Rather than try and liaise with these customers, they have instead come back with extremely hostile and unprofessional responses.
Below is a summary of which:
• Blames Customers for Everything - Says customers “don’t understand,” are “blind,” or can’t “read with understanding
• Frequently Insults Customers – Calls them Idiot, “psycho,” “clown,” “cabbage,” “weirdo,” “mentally sick,” “freak,” “thick fool,” “terrible person,” etc.
• Claims Customers Are Lying
• Threatens or Intimidates Customers - Reporting customers to Gardaí. - Reporting them to Trustpilot.
• Frames Themselves as Victims - Being “abused,” “harassed,” or “attacked
• Deflects Responsibility for Product/Delivery Issues – Claims that the parts come from China, and the customer must use YouTube
One reviewer bought a scooter as a present from Santa and discovered on Christmas Eve night that it was broken, and they tried to blame her and told her she should have watched some YouTube videos on how to take it out of a box. How heartless can these two people be?
Because of their conduct, I had to engage a solicitor to pursue the matter, including a libel claim, so what should have been a simple refund is now going to cost a lot. I also reported the business to the CCPC and the Data Protection Commission due to the misleading pricing, the substituted bike, the employer contact, and the unlawful sharing of my personal data.
I really hope their business does well and they make lots of money and buy lots of expensive items because by the time I have finished with them in court, every penny they have and everything they own will be mine
No doubt they will respond to this review with more lies and abusive language

I've received 16th negative reviews so far.
This is my update for customers who are reading this. I don't brake and trustpilot guidelines by defending myself here and explaining the situation.
This person is continuously harming my business, my family and me since 13.11.25.
His employer made a payment for his bike through the bike to work scheme and I deliver this bike to him myself to Dundalk during the storm as he was very demanding it need to be ASAP. I received harmful emails and got threatened so much which is backed up and screenshoted.
He also checked my Facebook profile and told me about my private wedding details and told me where my wife works. He said he will not recommend my wife's workplace to any of customers. My wife's work place was notified about potential harm.

Harassed, Overcharged, and Completely Unprofessional
I had a very negative experience with Electric Power. Despite clearly stating multiple times that I was not interested, they repeatedly emailed me—five times in one day—ignoring my requests to stop. They tried to charge the full price for a bike instead of the €200 discounted sale price on their website and even had the cheek to ask for my phone number, forcing me to clarify that I was a married woman. Their responses were aggressive, dismissive, and threatening rather than professional. The persistent harassment, misleading pricing, and unprofessional behaviour were stressful and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with them. I can provide proof of this shocking and disgusting behaviour to anyone who may question it. I’d imagine it’s one of these fly by night companies out to make a quick buck. Can’t see it lasting more than a few months if this is how they so rudely behave
To all his customers I only posted 1 review and not 15. This man has problems when it comes to telling the truth. His reply is full of falsehoods. He never rang my employer. I work for a very small company and they’re only 4 of us in the office. He also deleted lots from the email including the emails he sent me after that.
Look at his reply he talks about me looking for a child’s bike for 300 euro but in the email chain he posted himself he says the price of the bike is 1499. He wouldn’t know the truth if it jumped up and bit him. Watch now while he tries to backtrack and cover up for him lies
I’ll leave you and your lies to God.
Ladies be careful dealing with this company.

I sent your bike by GLS and you received the tracking number from GLS but you were checking UPS and sent me UPS screenshot, that's why I asked did I say UPS.
Other than good service? Well you received answers for all your questions you asked within few minutes since you asked.

Middleman Company - Cheaper to buy directly
Edit - After further consideration and from reviewing the experiences of other consumers and the companies approach at handling them I am going to recommend that consumers avoid using this company and go with the cheaper option of buying direct from other companies and avoid this middleman company
This seller operates as a drop-shipper or a middleman. Basically they advertise products on their website, take payment, and only then purchase the item from another seller using the customer’s money, adding a markup for themselves. They don’t hold any stock or handle fulfilment directly. Nothing wrong with that so giving them a neutral 3 star review. Interesting business model but would be cheaper to buy direct.

We have information at the website that the bikes and scooters are available for order through the website with 5 to 7 days delivery time usually. We sell 700 bikes and scooters on the website with different configuration and colors so we are talking about 1500 for your choice and convenience. Sometimes it's not possible to have every each of them with only 1 configuration. This is called DROPSHIPPING which is pretty much popular for online stores and marketplaces.
Please also note we have stock available for same day with around 50 bikes and scooters which is more than some of the other physical shops.
From where is the bike or scooter shipped from it depends on model availability. We also offer delivery from our place for same day delivery, collection or shipping for next day delivery.
We have quick and responsive channels for communication via Whatsapp, email or phone and we give all the informations for customers who are looking for any informations about order, tracking numbers, shipping times, warranty or any other information at daily bases.
I'm not sure what product did you order with us but I understand where are you coming from for that 3 stars review.

You received clear information about 5 to 7 days delivery time. We do our best to deliver your product within a time frame by paying lots of money for your shipping. It's like you buy something with agreed terms and conditions and then you're not happy that you didn't read it and give negative 1 Star.
We haven't pushed you to place order with certain terms and conditions which was underneath of the price while you placed order. It's not hidden that 5 to 7 days delivery time. It's located at the price for every bike.
You are expressing your 1 star as you don't like the model of business which is dropshipping. I explained it depends what bike are you buying as it's not possible to have 3000 bikes available for immediate shipping.
