Alex, who phoned me, spoke very clearly and was very patient.
The lady, (whose name I didn't hear), spoke very quickly with loud voices in the background making it difficult to hear her clearly.
She spoke as if she was reading from a script or had learned the words by heart.
She told me that Alex, would be very happy if I mentioned him by name, (which contradicts the advice given on the "How to write a useful review" link

❌❌ Caution ❌❌ Ignorant sales team, when they don’t get quick answers to questions they put the phone down before you have chance to explain.
Imagine if you have a dispute with these guys.
