Ms. Patel, who contacted me regarding my current energy provider, pointed out the significant savings a switch to EDF would bring. At no time did I feel any pressure, and her helpful answers to my questions put me at ease.

I called and spoke with Brendan Manas when our young university student Aidan Phillips who is on summer leave and conducting work experience at Granfers Community Centre, was pressurised into signing a Third Party Contract. Despite telling ECOSAVE he had authority to listen to your offer, he told you he had no authority to sign any contract. Unbelievably, ECOSAVE has put the Granfers account in his name and listed him as an Accounts Assistant!
I immediately spoke with Brendan Manas expressing my complaint and he was gong to cancel this contract if it had not gone through. I checked with British gas (our current provider) and they said no contract had been sent through as yet to them by ECOSAVE and we were still in contract with British Gas until March 27. ECOSAVE also misrepresented to Aidan Phillips - our young work experience student - that you they had previously been Granfers third party provider, which they had not.
I spoke and explained all of this to the colleague of the appointed accounts manager Ahmad Hassan yesterday and she noted it all in an email to Ahmad. She said Ahmad would call me back on my mobile urgently to discuss, which he did not! All I received was an email from Ahmad informing me the account was live whilst refusing to return my call.

I would like to thank lilly for her patience and professionalism in sorting out a good price for my electricity contract. She had to be persistent as I've been busy and had to keep cutting her off short.

Shocking company. They cold called me over 50/60 times. I asked to be taken off the database and then they started calling 5 times a day. Still happening as i type. See 0161 , block them.

They came to me saying my eon next account was due to be renewed, I thought they were an eon agent, they are not, it’s not due until October, it’s May. The rate they quoted has an uplift that was not disclosed. They claimed they take a fee. They will not let me cancel the contract which is still within 14 days. I don’t trust them.

They were polite and explained everything however I was told my contract was due for renewal, apparently It is not due until next year!!!! But you consider within 1 year means due!!!!
