Ho fatto una richiesta per auto a Bucarest nel tardo pomeriggio per il giorno seguente, con ritiro alle 9.30, non ho ricevuto nessuna conferma e la mattina quando mi sono recata per prendere l'auto mi hanno detto che la mia richiesta era stata annullata. Ho dovuto fare una nuova richiesta con altro operatore ma fino alle 13.30 non ho avuto l'auto e il mio itinerario è saltato, spendendo anche molto di più. Se non si è in grado di gestire prenotazioni con tempi stretti, non si accettano e si chiude per esempio 24 ore prima del ritiro, non dando l'illusione di avere l'auto quando poi l'auto non sarà disponibile

A late-afternoon request for a 9:30 pickup, then being told by morning that it had been cancelled, is a rough sequence of events — especially when it pushed your day back to 13:30 and meant paying more for another car. With short-notice bookings, the request still has to be accepted by the supplier; if the confirmation email and number haven’t been issued, the reservation may not have been finalised in time. Suppliers also work to their own cut-off times and local availability, so a tight booking window can fall through even when it looks close to ready. That doesn’t make the disruption any easier, but it does explain why this can happen.
