Ho avuto problemi a fare il pagamento, la prenotazione è andata bene, ma al momento del pagamento ho dovuto ripetere più volte l'operazione. Tanto che ora mi ritrovo con due prenotazioni pagate. Spero di risolvere al più presto con la mia banca. Mi auguro che non ci siano intoppi al momento del ritiro, sinceramente sono in agitazione.

Anche se scrivono “rimborso entro le 48h dalla prenotazione”,effettivamente emettono solo voucher senza accredito sulla carta. E-mail della prenotazione con istruzioni di ritiro solo in inglese nonostante la pagina in fase di prenotazione è in italiano. Pessimo

Being told you’d get a refund within 48 hours, then finding only a voucher and an English pickup email, is a rough mismatch — especially when the booking flow was in Italian. The 48-hour wording usually depends on the fare or product selected, and some options return value as a voucher or e-wallet credit rather than a card refund. Pickup instructions are often generated in the supplier’s language, so the checkout page and the emailed documents don’t always match. The wording should be clearer than that, though. If you’ve still got the confirmation email, the fare conditions attached to it are the place to check the exact refund method.
