I just wanted to leave a review to thank Durgesh Udhin at EbeneGate for all of his help and support throughout my IVA process, especially during the closure stage.
He has been absolutely brilliant — always professional, understanding and quick to help with any questions or concerns I had. The process has been stressful at times, but Durgesh made everything much clearer and easier to deal with.
I especially appreciated how proactive he was towards the end of my IVA. He even arranged for my next payment to be cancelled before the settlement funds had cleared, which really helped relieve a lot of stress and showed genuine care and understanding of my situation.
Thank you again for all your help and support — it’s been genuinely appreciated.

I spoke with Keertisha Seeram today, she was very lovely and dealt with my issue swiftly. I’ve had an IVA now for little under a year now but I’ve had no issues with creditfix. Although my creditors so keep chasing me unfortunately but today one of them was put to a stop thankfully.

Great Customer Service
Hi, Being on an IVA Plan for the last year, I received a letter from one of the creditors who previously agreed to my IVA plan, stating that the outstanding amount is now due, and my case has been passed on to a 3rd party. I called Ebenegate, the customer contact specialist (Piyush Kurumun), who has been very helpful and supportive, and assured me that they will look into this matter urgently and sort it out as soon as possible. I was provided updates from time to time, and at the end, the issue is now nearly resolved. Thanks

Spoke with Rawshia Yadallee after…
Spoke with Rawshia Yadallee after Ebengate incorrectly debited 2 separate payments from my account. Spoke with numerous agents who didn't help with this matter at all. Ebenegate have been incredible throughout my IVA
I’m now three months away from completing my IVA with Ebenegate, and I can honestly say they’ve been supportive from day one. They’ve helped me get back on my feet, kept everything clear and manageable, and never once made me feel pressured or overwhelmed.
My husband is in an IVA with another company (Financial Support Systems), and the difference is unbelievable. They’ve made his life extremely difficult — constant pressure, unreasonable demands, and behaviour that feels borderline extortionate. Seeing the contrast has made me appreciate Ebenegate even more.
I also want to mention Harshikha, who helped me today with a tricky situation and found a quicker, more effective solution than I expected. She was kind, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
Brilliant service all round. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
I spoke with callum gray this morning about a missed payment, he was very kind and took the time to listen to my problem and offered some alternative solutions.
He was friendly and told me if anymore concerns to give them a ring and will help.
