I enquired about the skylight a representative came down to give me a quote after discussion he suggested me to go for skypod. The representative was professional and knew what he talking about. Very quick service, neat work. Really happy with how it turned out, would definitely recommend.

I now feel very comfortable and cosy having new windows and doors installed at my home - We certainly chose the right people in Eaton Home Improvements - I was very pleased with the fitters and their workmanship and leaving no mess afterward.

We have just had new windows and doors installed by Eaton and I have to say they have been an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Of all the firms who gave a quotation, Mohammed from Eaton gave a no 'sales-chat' quote which is what I was looking for.
Communications with Eaton was good and extremely polite - contact was easy - I was never kept waiting for any reply. The products are excellent and the operatives that carried out the installation were first class - no fuss just got on with the job and they knew exactly what they were doing. Even the cleaning up afterward was a dream.
Given the problems with COVID and the recent fuel crisis the work was competed in a matter of days.

We purchased a property that required some work doing and needed the windows and doors to be done by the beginning of September. We chose Eaton because of their transparency. They explained the job at hand well. The first quote they gave was 1.5K out of our allocated budget. Surprisingly Eaton Home Improvements couldn’t lower the price for what I originally wanted. They didn’t start off high, it was just the one price given. Their rep gave ideas to help lower the quote. He was able to work with our budget without compromising on the quality of the windows or our needs.
With a few changes made, they worked with us to plan and design our windows for our home. To reduce the price from the original higher quote, we went from from full Georgian to having Georgian bars on top of the openings of the windows. We opted for a black composite door, the door is white on the inside which brightens the porch area up. With my door now fitted, I’m pleased with that decision. It looks great. I’m also pleased with my patio, it looks really good.
When it came to fitting, everything was explained to me and went to plan. The workers were professional and did a fabulous job. The door was installed two or three weeks after the expected time frame, but the delay was informed and explained. Overall the process and experience was a great one. I would use Eaton again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My neighbours highly recommended Eaton Home Improvements. We wanted the same as them and our houses to look more uniform. We got the same price as them but little but more because we chose a different glass for our door and it was wider.
The fitters came on time and called before like they said. The labour was clean. You couldn’t tell there was any work being done when they left. Eaton said two days and it took exactly two days with the fitter leaving by 5pm. We don’t have to use the heating now. Every room is cosy. Even my aunty said it’s very cosy now. We had to wait for our door. I can’t believe what a difference the door has made. I can tell I’ve got special quality windows that I thought I could never afford on my budget. My house is on a main busy road and the scaffolding people were very good around the school traffic and kids as well. I hope your installation goes well with Eaton too. Good luck.

Can't recommend this company high enough the lads who fitted the Windows were excellent and really knew what they were doing we had to wait for the composite door but that Was just suppliers problems when it came the two lads were brilliant they done the job in no time at all and they were so helpful and polite I would tell anybody if you want replacement Windows or doors use eaton you won't go far wrong

The salesman arrived promptly and delivered an informal presentation or chat. I must say that compared to other salesperson associated stigmas, the Eaton salesman was the least ostentatious. He spent time listening to my various queries and answered my questions in a straightforward manner. I had a vision of what I wanted and my options were explained to me with reasons. I chose Eaton essentially because of the price and what I was explained.
When it came to the installation, all was satisfactory. There were no hiccups. I was observing the installation alongside. Due consideration was given towards my family members who have special needs and there were no communication problems. They explained the process of the installation to ensure neither myself nor my family were going to be inconvenienced. As a result, we could go about our day with almost no disturbance, as we knew exactly what was going to happen.

The only thing I was unsure of was that the installation team organised their materials and the items to be fitted on my drive. I had concerns about my windows picking up dirt or scratches but fortunately, the installation team did clean and wipe the windows before I even had to ask them to. My honest feedback and recommendation to Eaton would be for Eaton to tell their people to take out the van individual items as and when required to fit rather than resting the items on my drive. I think a more formal written ask to use the drive to place installation items should be sought. In summary and upon reflection, I would highly recommend Eaton Home Improvements for their workmanship, quality looking and functioning windows as well as their sympathetic installation members Simon and his brother.

We are replacing original windows in a Victorian property, that were very rotten. We wanted to keep the feel of the original features and the company did a brilliant job. Especially want to note the fitting- professional, thorough and cleaned up afterwards.

Honestly, this is a great company to deal with. There are lots of cowboys out there with high pressure selling techniques which really put me off, but this company managed to combine high quality with a very reasonable price. I can't reccomend them enough

I was recommended Eaton Home Improvements by my friend who had his house done. The team at Eaton homes didn’t disappoint and surpassed by expectations. The price was not the cheapest but for the quality it was the best quote. My survey was done a week after and my windows for fitted after four weeks. I will now get my bifold from Eaton home at the end of August. The rep was very helpful and suggested some window designs. I trusted him and went with his design. My windows look great and my interior looks more spacious and brighter. The windows have made a huge difference even though they’re still white.

I was booked in with an another company for the whole works (door and windows) I was let down last minute and was flying away on business quiet soon. I was recommended Eaton Home improvement by a work colleague who spoke highly of them, and they lived up to the word. They were able to arrange a date for a consultation at short notice and processed the order rather quickly. This was all done before I had to fly out which was a huge weight off my shoulders. The member who came out was a true gentleman, and master of the trade. Could definitely tell he had been in the business for quiet a long time. The pricing threw me off, it was loads cheaper than the other company, in the end I walked away with a better deal and better quality and honestly quiet glad that the other company cancelled and I got in touch with Eaton.
Absolute amazing team of people really can’t thank them enough.

The door is good quality and the price was very reasonable. There was a delay on the expected fitting date but it was still within the initial agreed period, and I was kept informed throughout.
