Wanted to replace my garage back door from a wooden one to a UVPC one. Eaton sorted it all out from start to finish. Really great client care throughout, a professional job done and really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use again! Mo the sales rep was really helpful and Emma the customer services person was a pleasure to deal with.

The windows installed were great quality at a low price - The cheapest price against the competition.

We had a few delays which we didn’t mind and they kept us updated on the progress until they fitted them.

Emma who organises the windows from start to finish is lovely and very customer focused. Mo who did the site survey is very friendly and welcoming and not a typical forceful sales rep.

Don’t hesitate to use Eaton, overall it was a great journey and the end product was excellent.

I found Eaton via word and mouth and before hand thought I needed a new bifold,but Eaton home were able to repair my bifold and changed the locking part on it to improve the security which I would not have realised-so thanks!
Wayne came the following afternoon and installed the new lock and handle. Eaton home were also able to help me out with my cladding that had become raised in the heat by putting insulation behind it.
Overall,I was pleasantly Surprised by the accommodating service and how efficient it all was-would recommended and use Eaton home again!

Had a sales lady come around to the house, very professional and polite. Maintained distance due to covid. Gave competitive prices and had installation of windows and doors 5 weeks later. There was a slight delay which took back the installation by a week but overall happy with services provided, professionalism and work carried out.

The salesman arrived on time and was very considerate and polite. He asked us how we would like the demonstration. Initially we said at the doorstep but he was so professional and had different ideas and ways we could do things that we soon invited him with his samples inside that were coming out of his car like a Mary poppins show. We still laugh about this now. On the serious side, the samples we felt really helped us and put us at ease as seeing a sample we could appreciate what we were getting and we took photos so we could compare.
We chose 2 different options and chose what we liked and what we would really really like. After the measuring bit came the price bit came . And this was the shock. Only one price. He gave us just the one price for both of the different quotes. We asked for a discount and he gave us the Eaton home policy for a fair one price and no high and no lows. And that was it and he left and we tried and
After he left surprisingly we got no price reduction calls . We got one call return the next day afternoon time and that was it, no heavy or pushy sales. We did contact 2 other companies, one local and one national. Eaton were the cheapest and this confused us even more as their sample was the most impressive and solid and secure. So we called Eaton Home and they were so happy to hear from us. We requested the same sales rep to come back and he came with the contract already made up to the quote we wanted to go for. Again this was surprising how he knew what we were going to go for but he said he knew what we liked and he remembered. We had to wait 9 or 10 days for the surveyor to come. He was pleasant and said he would be installing our windows too. We were contacted and kept up to date by phone and email until the day of installation. This was delayed by 5 days so we had a Saturday installation instead of the bank holiday installation. Eaton home also sent us an
Email explaining about the delay and what they were doing about it which was fine. The installation team of two fitters and one helper arrived at 8am and they were done by 4pm. They did a very professional job, we are so delighted and still can’t believe the quality and that it’s done. We got an email on the day of installation that the FENSA reg and insurance had been done. It’s all done and literally quite dusted as per the dust sheets used. They gave us a board to put on the driveway but actually we would be happy to use a banner. We would highly recommend Eaton, the service was so good. We hope that this is the case for all their fits because we feel so lucky.

This is the second time that I have used Eaton Home after a successful installation of my Bifold doors. This time I had 4 aluminium windows replaced with chartwell green.
I had to wait for four weeks for my windows and as soon as they arrived I was given a choice of 2 installation dates. I opted for a bank holiday installation. The one fitter came as requested at 11am. he was observing covid regulations and procedures throughout. He finished installing my windows around 4pm. He was very clean, efficient and talked us through all the features ensuring I understood how the night latch feature worked. I am very happy with the finish. I have to wait a couple of weeks extra for my front door as I've been told there was a delay on my door but that is fine as I opted to have my windows at least done first and the door the next time. I have opted for a Monza door with long bar handle and centre cut out horizontal glass panels in grey to match my chartwell green windows. I have received a call today to let me know that my fensa certificate and a rated WER or BFC certificate and insurance back certificate is on its way and i checked and i will still get one for my door when it is installed. I feel ive got a really good service and windows for a fair price.

Mo came to give us a quote and discuss what we wanted really polite and professional. He easily worked within our budget and helped us choose styles etc that would suit our needs and family. As we are have builders in we needed the windows fitting within a certain timeframe and Eaton helped us achieve this. The fitter was polite and professional, very COVID safe and pleasant, he worked really hard used dust sheets to protect our property cleaned up and took all the rubbish and old windows with him which is a massive bonus to using eaton. Mo came down to check the quality of the work and make sure we were satisfied before the fitter finished. The windows themselves are great and we have already noticed how much warmer the house is. The process from quote to installation was great and made very easy. Eaton were incredibly easy to communicate with and questions either by phone or txt were picked up and responded to immediately by them. Every member of the team we dealt with were great.

Overall I would highly recommend this company the quality of customer care was incredible and they just made the experience pleasant and easy from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future works I need doing.

My experience with this company has been a good one. The work done is excellent.
The staff were very willing and polite.

We chose Eaton Home Improvements because they seemed to be the most proficient and explained all of our questions to our satisfaction. We were looking for quality, credibility and customer service. The sales designer was brilliant. He was thorough and noticed detail that demanded attention which other reps didn’t notice. He was able to provide a solution to our arched windows and design to maintain the features and design. A couple of our old windows were challenging but again his attention to detail and desire to get us the best solution was admirable. We were always kept informed along the way with emails and calls which made us feel valued.
When it came to installation as requested the scaffolding was erected a day before the job. The fitters got straight to work after we decided a plan for the day and talking through all the covid stuff.
The fitters kept disruption to a minimum and completed the job in the two days specified. So far we are delighted with our windows.
Our house feels significantly warmer and quieter and we wish we had found Eaton Home years ago. I would definitely recommend Eaton Home if you are looking for quality and for a company to pay the due diligence and care that the style of the house requires.

A very friendly and professional service. We had a quote given for a replacement conservatory. The person who came out to see the space was extremely knowledgeable and had some very good ideas on how we could improve the conservatory, in terms of size, Energy efficiency and aesthetics. We got three different quotes in all and Eaton Home Improvements was competitive. Now we just have some thinking to do and saving up :-)

The only company that could help without the ridiculous price.
I had 2 big companies that came to see my job of 12 window replacements. I wanted grey upvc to replace my aluminium and wood windows.
The bigger companies just wanted to know the estimates that were left to me to see what they could do whilst telling me that the job was awkward and not a straight forward replacement. A gentleman came from Eaton Home and he didn’t make faces at the job at hand. He was confident and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. He told me the options and was very excited about his job and what he could offer. He offered me a quote, it was just the one and the same price. I didn’t ask him to lower it as it was just such a fair price and I didn’t want to pay less. He gave a few suggestions to keep the feature of the windows which is what I wanted that the other big companies never told me about. Anyhow, my windows have just been fitted. The job took half a day longer than expected because there was extra work to be done to secure the new windows. I am so happy with my New windows. They look neat, clean and retain the feature and shape that I wanted. I highly recommend Eaton home improvements for their honest price, hard work and vision.

Totally over the moon and in love with my new sash windows. I wanted to keep the style of my timber windows but changed to UPVC. The Eaton designer did a beautiful job on my sash windows encased in period architrave.

Eaton home, quality service and very professional!

Finally got round to installing a bifolding door in my gorgeous garden, and a UPVC back door (from my utility room).We have had some gorgeous weather which I’ve been able to enjoy so much more with the bifolding doors.

I’ve used the company before so I expected high standards and got nothing less. A wonderful, caring sales team with excellent fitters.

Extremely pleased with my new windows. Definitely a job well done. Was very confused with so many companies out there to choose from but in the end made the right decision. Can't wait to have my door fitted soon.

The whole process was professional and simple from start to finish.The agent came out brought a great sample window and explained everything clearly. Informed me of all the upgrades available.

A fitting date was agreed and the windows were ready. Throughout the whole process communication was easy.
On the day of fitting the fitters arrived promptly and got straight to work. Kept the work area clean and uncluttered. Worked in a very organised manner respecting our home and our values. A great company to do business with honest straight forward ethics.
