Delivered what I thought was impossible
When I contacted VTO, I thought I was asking for more than what was possible. I needed three child actors and two adult actors to turn around a script within four days ... all around a holiday weekend. VTO not only delivered, they also responded quickly, communicated consistently, and every reading was perfect. I look forward to working with them again!

Great, and speedy re-record!
Harry helped us source several samples, and record a voiceover for a conference opener, and they were able to curate a re-record after a script change. Quality of the delivery was great.

Voice Talent Online posts scholarships…
Voice Talent Online posts scholarships that they have no intention on rewarding. Total sham. 6 months after the scholarship close date and 5 months after they said an announcement would be made there is still NO update on their website.
You're a shitty company that takes advantage of university students who are desperate to get some tuition relief. Shame on you.

Linda, we’re really sorry this has left you feeling let down. The scholarship is very real - we’ve awarded it every year, and past winners are featured on our website and LinkedIn.
We’re in the final stages of confirming this year’s award and are waiting on the winner to complete the last step of the process. It’s taken longer than expected, but the scholarship money has been set aside and will be awarded. We recognise that the delay has been frustrating, and we’ll also review our process so future years run more smoothly and transparently.
We’re a small company, but giving back matters deeply to us - whether it’s scholarships, supporting our local hospice, running workshops for schoolchildren, or mentoring university students. We want this scholarship to reflect those same values of trust and care.
We’d really appreciate it if, once the winner is announced and the award complete, you could reconsider your review. A 1-star rating suggests we don’t care at all, when in fact we’re trying hard - if imperfectly - to make a positive difference.

I've been using 'Voice Talent Online'…
I've been using 'Voice Talent Online' for at least 8 years and they have NEVER let me down on delivery, cost, or communication. They are an outstanding agency that operates in a very professional way.
I have used other voiceover agency before 'Voice Talent Online', but it was too hard work with too many hidden costs and conditions. 'Voice Talent Online' makes it so easy.
Yes, I have played around with AI software for voiceover narrative. While the actual narrative quality is good, it does lack the human feel and timing. In the end it's not worth it when 'Voice Talent Online' are so cost effective with quick delivery.
I work on tight projects with quick delivery and at times my clients does request re-recordings...for those reasons I cannot recommend 'Voice Talent Online' highly enough to be honest. Safe yourself time from shopping around and go straight to them.

Florid communication but ineffective processes
Sadly, our experience with this provider was less than stellar. Although all correspondence was extremely polite and seemed helpful and efficient, the company's actions remained sluggish and unreliable.
After insisting on up-front payment (later reduced to 50% up-front), they accepted the job and then we didn't hear from them for over a week (estimated delivery was 3 to 5 days).
We had to withdraw the job as our client went somewhere else, which has, of course, damaged our relationship with that client. Apologies from VTO were effusive, but what's done is done.
I am still waiting for my 50% payment to be returned to our account.....
*Update- the CEO called us personally to apologise and offer to try and make good.
My pre-payment was refunded promptly and the CEO is taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. I have upgraded my experience to three stars as a result.

VTO enables world-leading brands to effectively engage customers in local markets worldwide.
We aim not just to do the job in front of us, but to do everything we can to make the person we’re working for successful. Clearly you felt that that did not happen this time. I understand your frustration and for that I'm very sorry.
Unfortunately, for personal reasons, a voice talent was unable to fulfil a commitment. Although this was due to personal circumstances outside of our control, we pride ourselves on insulating the end customer from inconveniences - and finding practical solutions - even when resulting from force majeure. During COVID, this type of thing was sadly, of course extremely commonplace, but because availability is such a key performance characteristic, we monitor it stringently, and so normally this is a very rare occurrence.
On this occasion, in response to this problem, we casted and recommended several immediately-available, alternative voices. But we understand that these were not preferred by your end customer, compared to their first choice.
I am sorry that we were not able to do more.
On a daily basis, we are coordinating voice over recording sessions between two or three parts of the world. In a global market place, we have to be super responsive. It's one of the values emblazoned on our wall. However, it appears as though during the availability challenge, our communication could have been more prompt, and we should certainly have done better there. I am sorry that delay in your knowledge of this issue prevented you having foresight, and therefore reduced the time in which you could take alternative action.
Whilst I called today and personally offered to speak to your client to apologise to them, or to do anything else personally to support your relationship with them, I understand your disappointment. In line with the principle of continual improvement, the matter was escalated internally for investigation, and aside from any process improvement, I'm sure that one of the action items on this will be to improve even further our roster of professional Taiwanese Mandarin voice talent - as well as some other languages in which the variety of high quality voices may not be as broad. This is typically because sourcing a wider range of voices who demonstrate the necessary performance characteristics, that discerning customers expect, is more challenging. Once the investigation concludes, I am sure that we will look into this further and direct resource to help improve options.
The deposit was refunded this morning, so I would expect it to be with you today or tomorrow morning. We certainly appreciate the opportunity to work with you, your team is pleasant, professional and courteous, and we wish you all the best.

I have used Voice Talent Online for corporate and explainer videos on a number of occasions and can highly recommend. The pricing is very reasonable, service is always fast and to the highest standard and the audios are always excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely fantastic experience, and completely seamless from beginning to end. Customer service was excellent throughout (thanks Harry!), the array of voice talent options was superb, the turnaround was fast and efficient, and the resulting audio file was perfect - even better than we’d hoped for. Fantastic Experience
Quick and easy. I picked the talent from the samples they had on line, sent the copy in, and in less than 48 hours, received my files. The quality of the voice files/talent was amazing for the price. I recommend using the Chat portal. Unlike most websites, the person I chatted with was very knowledgable and walked me through the process.
