I searched high and low to find a good double glazing company. I had 4 quotes and Eaton were by far the best, outlining which windows would be fitted (so I could google and make sure they were well reviewed). From quoting, ordering to fitting, Eaton have been excellent. I was regularly updated on progress and the fitter that came was so professional, polite and his work was of a brilliant standard. I am so happy with the end result, I can’t recommend them enough.

From speaking to Emma and Mo coming out to discuss windows and price to Matt fitting the windows has been an excellent service. A rated glass, excellent fitting. So much so I'm having a laminated back door and window from Eaton for my kitchen. Highly recommend. Mrs Liggins

Mo from Eaton visited us to quote for a small window, patio door and a few repairs.

He had a look and asked us if we wanted him to check all the other windows and doors, we thought, why not -and were thinking he'll find a million n one things we need to spend extra on! He was really honest, told us what needed to be rectified quickly, other than that all was good.

He priced us fairly, is really knowledgeable and told us how soon he and his team could do the job...so we went with him.

A couple of weeks later, the job is complete, the team was quick, efficient, tidy...and extra polite when tea and biscuits were thrown in.

We just had our front bays and garden door replaced by these guys. They've been fantastic.

The gentlemen came over to quote, had a quick look, talked us through our options and costs. Have to say didn't feel pressured or anything, just a quote and left us to it. We were happy with his information and a call or 2 later we were booked in for the works.

So all said and done in about 4 weeks from quotation. The lads who did the installation were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves too.

Having a horrendous experience with this company, avoid at all costs.
Had a whole house done with windows, bi-folds and composite front door.
Nothing had been registered with FENSA until over a year later.
Nothing but problems with the front door constantly making noises and clicking. Also the sill has broken as poor quality by the looks of it. I have been dealing with Mo from Birmingham, then Emma at head office and now Sakib who is apparently the Director who has not replied to my latest messages after promising he would get this sorted and resolved. I’m at my wits end.
They have promised since last year to sort this out for me and then advised I can speak to FENSA myself (which is when they discovered they hadn’t registered it). FENSA have advised they do not deal with the public and Eaton Home Improvements should not be advising to contact them.
Eaton Home Improvements have agreed the noises are not right, I have this in writing from them but will not sort it out or replace the door and just keep going round in circles saying they do not know why it’s happening.
I am a disabled person trying to resolve this issue and it’s going round and round in circles with no end. Such poor service and poor quality products.

I can not believe how helpful these people are. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their double glazing done,they are very helpful,efficient and get the job done to a high standard and they make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied and the best of their ability.They go out of their way to help and satisfy their customer to the best of their ability.

I had a patio and bifold installed with one window Eton advertised me how I could save money on the doors by mix and matching my windows and doors, that savings allowed me to do the extea window i wanted to do.They don't howned you and are really easy going people.

Amazing friendly service from everyone involved especially Mo, Emma and Matty, all making sure we had everything we wanted in our new doors and windows at a reasonable price, would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent communication at all times. All of the scheduled work was completed on time. In fact, rescheduling enabled some to be completed even sooner. superb guidance from the salesperson and the surveyor, as well as superb work by the installer, Anthony. Overall, I'm really pleased with the outcome. It was money well spent for a wonderful product and excellent service.

Since its installation, the rooms have been significantly warmer, and any noise that has come through has been greatly decreased. Overall, we are really satisfied with Easton Homes and their product.

We were replacing windows that had been in place for over 25 years and were extremely satisfied with how the installers Matty and Anthony handled the job. They were kind, helpful, and hardworking, and they left the work areas clean and tidy.

I was a hesitant to commit to a double glazing company but couldn’t delay it no more. Eaton was an easy a no brainier. I was abit apprehensive with the installation but Emma reassured every step of the way. The installation took two days and was completed to perfection. I am writing this review after a month because I’m a interior designer and a perfectionist I wanted everything done correctly and Mattie and his colleagues were amazing I will definitely be using Eaton services in the future again.

Most professional company. My Bi-folding door looks stunning. My door is very sturdy and cost a reasonable price.
No mess was left behind for me to clean up. They used materials not to ruin my carpets, always wore foot covers when inside my home.

This Company I cannot praise enough! I wanted to have installed aluminium 20s style windows which are not the most common windows people purchase. Nevertheless the company sourced a really good quality window manufacturer that perfectly met my design requirements. The company kept me informed throughout the initial enquiry right through to installation. After completion the company followed up to ensure everything was completed satisfactorily. The windows are extremely good quality and the fitting was excellent I cannot praise Emma, Mo, or the fitters enough - would strongly recommend Eaton Home Improvements for your windows.

Free quote, good products, ok price, good customer service and professional installer who left no mess and even added some sealant around an additional window not part of the job that another installer hadn't completed properly.
