From the first survey to the fitting of the windows, Eaton were friendly and professional. Unlike other companies, they didn’t try to rip me off with the quote and gave a very fair price. Anthony and James stayed all day to get the front of the house windows replaced, and even came back a few days later to replace one pane that had a slight fault (I wouldn’t have noticed).

Emma checked in on us throughout the process and several times on the day of fitting to see that everything was going smoothly. The job was done weeks ahead of schedule (way before any other of my building works) and looks great. Thank you!

From start to finish just a smooth and easy experience. The experience ended how it started with the rep and surveyor both coming back to check everything to ensure that e were happy. 7 windows were fitted on day one with the patio and French door that got fitted on the 2nd day.
You can see the quality and standard of how robust the windows and fitting is. Very very neat. Special thank you to Anthony and James. We were always kept informed throughout. Our input was always asked on what we thought and we were given design choices and benefits of secured by design choices and options.

All I can say is that the level of detail and knowledge of every professional in at Eaton home improvements was impressive helpful and friendly . All of my questions and changes were immediately acknowledged. My new items have made an incredible difference to my home. I don’t need my heating on in the day.

The service I have received from the team at Eaton has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very initial visit, right through to completion the team were polite, courteous, helpful, professional and absolutely wanted to go the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service and the end product - in my case triple glazing and noise reduction glass. I gave Eaton a call after being a neighbour had spoken highly about them. This friendly caring team listened to my needs and came up with the solution. They gave a realistic competitive price too. Once everything was ordered I was kept up to date with progress on the order and once everything was ready I was called to arrange fitting. We were lucky this could be done so quickly. The fitter arrived on one of the coldest days this January, smiley and happy as ever. He did the best of jobs, keeping everything clean as he went. Having my replacement windows has already make a huge difference, and my house is so much warmer. I will be having more work done soon and would recommend anyone to use Eaton.

We had triple glazing installed on our semi detached corner property located on a very main busy road in NW London. This has made a very big difference to the noise going down and heat staying inside the house. The hardworking professionals always picked up my calls and worked around my hospital appointments they worked on Christmas Eve. Great work by the fitters and extremely hardworking they had to carry the windows a fair bit distance because of parking restricts and never complained. Other companies say no to give me triple glazing big pieces to the size of my windows that I wanted. I didn’t want to change the design and I wanted to keep the glass cut big piece. Eaton Home Improvements did it. My windows look very beautiful. Very big change. I had no problems with this company. I will tell everyone to say this company and use it.

The customer service was amazing they couldn’t help you enough. I met Mo and he was super friendly and lovely. I messaged Emma and talked to her over the phone she was also fabulous and very punctual. The people who installed did a great job and the paper work for the FENSA agreement was all sorted and sent through very quickly.

My experience with Eaton has been excellent! We are really happy with our new windows and front door - as we live near a busy high street and wanted sound reduction windows. The communication with this company regarding this decision was brilliant. We have now decided to get our roofline done with Eaton based on how impressed we were with the quality. The support and advice i’ve been given throughout has been reassuring and i would highly recommend Eaton for advice, customer service and products.

We recently ask Eaton home improvement for a quote to install french doors to our property.

A highly qualified professionals attend to our property from Eaton the very next next day did his measurements.

The quote was reasonable and the works carried out was stress free. All rubbish was removed and our property clean as I would expected.

We replaced five windows including two bay windows as well as a porch.

At the point of sale Eaton were great. They really are a pleasure to work with compared to so many in this industry that simply don’t stop calling you! Eaton are nothing like that, instead they offer you informed and knowledgeable advice. Mo is the star, patient, knows his stuff and is always available.

I intend to replace a back patio door and a window next year and wouldn’t hesitate to use Eaton again.

The sales rep from eaton home improvements was a true professional. His honesty as a salesman is rare. We felt at ease instantly. We were given an approximate verbal quote. This was then followed by a call and an email quotation which i loved as it was clear and included exactly what i was getting for my money.
The fitting took place exactly 4 weeks later over 4 days. We had a scratched glass and sagging handles to our french door but these were replaced on day 5 of the fitting. I would recommend eaton home improvements highly because they really want you to be satisfied and happy. A stress free amazing experience by a caring company.
