Ahmed Bilal did an excellent job. He was on time, polite, called when he was 30 minutes away and built the table he transported for us quickly and efficiently. An excellent service all round and a very professional mover. Thank you.

What a great experience with this team. Easy house movers is not just a name they indeed make your move easy. From taking assistance from Bob to moving with Akshay the driver and Lovely the helper we really had a fantastic experience.. they are so calm cooprative and highly experienced... the quote they gave was best among all we recieved. They are professionals and know how to handle the stuff. from our side 5 stars and highly recommended.

Ahmed Bilal provided a great service, moving was easy and fast. He delivered my boxes quickly and conveniently. He was very helpful, and communicated effectively with me to schedule collection and delivery.

Ahmed Bilar made moving day so much easier than I expected. He showed up right on time, worked quickly, and handled every box and piece of furniture with real care. Nothing was scratched, dented, or misplaced. He was friendly and professional throughout, and clearly took pride in doing the job well. I’d recommend him to anyone who wants a stress-free move. Booking was quite easy explained what was needed etc paid deposit ( to a personal bank account ) received booking confirmation with arrival time .. all good one van turnt up first followed by another 30 minutes later all good so far.
Once they were loaded 11.30am the asked if they would go to next property to which I explained that I don’t yet have keys as have to wait for funds to work through the selling chain ( as explained upon booking) so most likely would be after lunch. I was then told by them that they had another job at 2pm.
I contacted office via WhatsApp messaging to be told that I would be changed a waiting fee of £75 every hour after 11.45 ( nowhere on conformation did it state that 1)- I only had the van for a stated number of hours.
2)- no mention of additional fees due to waiting … all over these guys website it states honest quote with no additional or hidden fees on the day.. what a pack of lies!!
In the end I got them to unload the two vans into the garden of my new property just so I didn’t have to pay further charges as this was already at £250 !!!
I have since emailed them twice to say unhappy I was ( as couldn’t contact them any other way ) and no reply to date.
