Great customer service

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured for time. They were patient while I made choices and were willing to point out the best deals available to help me choose. Delivery staff were kind and time efficient.

It was a great experience. The tech was amazing and the person that got me the TV Jennifer was absolutely a pleasure to work with and I can't say anything more than wow!

I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT and was told after the fact just before delivery that I wasnt able to get the 2nd item i ordered which was a big reason why I went with easyhome. I also was told after the fact just before delivery I had to pay the month in advance but also there was an extra fee for processing i have been a customer of easyhome in several cities for the past 16 years and havent had such a negative experience

Anyk was extra friendly and very helpful when I went into easyhome to lease a mattress. She was patient and courteous. The store has excellent furniture new and not too much more expensive than say Leon's or the Brick.

I have been involved with Easyhome for 3 1/2 years
I have rented a sofa, fireplace, two laptops, a vacuum and my air conditioner. I have also gotten a loan from Easyhome. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Service médiocre! Vendre des meuble neuf et usager au même prix. Très gros tarif. Ne connaît pas du tout ses meubles et vend des choses briser!!! Ses profiter de la pauvreté! Ne rappelle pas et se fou complètement de ses clients

Everything started out great. Vanessa was quick to agree to everything. Quick to take my money. Quick to make promises that she would not actually be able to keep. 1) pay frequencies- we agreed to have payments come out on Thursday. They come out on Wednesday. 2) Delivery time was delayed by several hours and I had to contact the store to confirm. I live 12 mins from the store and it took almost 2 hours after she said they were on their way; for them to show up.
3) Installation. AS per the website set up is to be completed to ensure everything is working correctly. I had to set up a washer and dryer myself. As they deemed it a “liability”
4) I also had to help the delivery driver carry and direct the washer and dryer up a flight of stairs because they only sent one person. I was told if I wanted it delivered that I would have to help. I didn’t have much choice.
5) Attitude. When calling you don’t even get a Hi this is (insert name) from (location) I had to ask if I was speaking to easy home and then I got a reply that was annoyed.
Long story short. If not in desperate need of the appliances I would have definitely avoided this place. My payments are made on time despite the confusion and inconsistency of the information provided. False advertisement and misleading statements have tainted my view on easy home and as soon as I am able to arrange another option I will be returning their product.
