Great quality, stylish design, and very easy assembly. Also, purchased it on sale so it was a great deal and appreciated the Fast delivery.

I have had a disappointing experience with this product and the way my issue was handled.

After a short period of use, I started experiencing noticeable mid-back discomfort, which I did not expect from an ergonomic chair in this price range. The backrest feels excessively firm during normal use, to the point where I had to stop using the chair to avoid worsening discomfort.

In addition, the built-in lumbar support did not feel effective in my case and did not provide any noticeable support. If anything, it contributed to the overall discomfort of the backrest rather than improving it.

When I raised this with customer service, I provided a detailed explanation of the issue. Instead of offering a return under the 14-day cooling-off period, I was initially asked to provide visual evidence, which is difficult to do for a comfort-related issue like this.

The proposed resolution was a lumbar cushion and 10% refund,I was like wow. A lumbar pillow for a chair that comes with a built-in lumbar.How ineffective.
In my case, I did not find this appropriate as the issue relates to the overall feel and comfort of the chair itself, not just lower back support.

While I appreciate that customer service did respond and offer alternative, I was ultimately unable to reach a resolution that addressed the actual problem I experienced. Hopefully I will be able to resolve this one way or another.

Overall it's an ok chair, build quality is standard nothing fantastic. The comfort isn't there for me I was hoping it would be more comfortable than my secret labs chair, but it wasn't. There is a lot of creaking when I move around in the chair, as my secret labs chair doesn't.

The chair is of high quality, comfortable and stylish. It’s actually the perfect chair whether you’re gaming or just relaxing. The recliner is perfect especially of you want to take a break and relax to whatever youre doing. 10/10 chair! Highly recommended!

Awesome experience with the customer support team had the chair arrive looked amazing there was a small crease or stitching issue on the back the chair when arrived but customer support team was very helpful and gave me a solution to the problem

Had some assembly issues with the Athena Pro. Customer service and support was spectacular. I had two people working with me to help resolve the issue. They gave me a number of different ideas and in the end the chair was assembled without further incident.

Really comfortable chair with super soft pillows. Really kind customer service as well. The height adjustment mechanism was broken when i got it, I told them and they immediately sent me a spare part.

At first, there was a lack of communication when I reached out about my delivery status. The expectation was 1-2 business days to fulfill the order to prepare to ship and then 3-5 days to receive the item. My order was unfulfilled for a week. I reached out to their email support. Once they responded, they were empathetic and apologetic about the shipping delays. They reset expectations and landed perfectly on those expectations. The chair arrived and after using it for a few days, I find it to be very comfortable and quality material. Customer service stepped up and kept me as a customer as I was considering cancelling my order. Kudos to the Blacklyte support team!

Incredible, didn’t realize how brutal my old chair was until I sat in this. Picked it up on an Easter sale for 439.99 and it was well worth the money. Chairs aren’t cheap but this one is a good bang for the buck.

Great construction and quality. I love the heaviness of the throne, and it rolls very easily. No squeaks like my old chair, and I can sit in this one for hours without any back pains or feeling glued to it. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered the atlas lite desk and monitor arm from Blacklyte. Both have great build quality and are reasonably priced for what you get. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but to me that can be overlooked as long as I am receiving a quality product which I believe I did.

I was so excited to get the Kraken Pro. Had it for 2 weeks and the arm rest plate broke at the weld inside the frame of the chair. I contacted support, they got back to me cery quickly and they are replacing the chair and told me to keep the broken one as a courtesy. This is the first company i have come across to do that. Amazing customer support, the chair is extremely comfortable and is the first chair ive been able to sit in for more than 6 hours straight. Absolutely amazing!!
