This was my first visit to willows, Issy was most welcoming, explained everything about procedure, kept chatting all the way through. She was very professional.

Aural Pleasure in the Summer
The knowledge that whatever it might be that is diminishing your hearing, Miss Whitford will discover the problem sooner rather than later and get to work on it. On the three occasions I have visited her in her Nissan hut I have left the most satisfied of customers, and what's more, with my hearing as good as it can possibly be.

My wife and I have used Izzy since we moved to the area seven years ago and have never been disappointed. Always cheery and always professional. We can highly recommend. We do not understand why the clinic is only rated 4.5 stars when it has 100% 5 star reviews ??
