Izzy was so friendly and I felt instantly at ease. She sorted out my problem of a crackly ear and explained throughout. Also I wanted my ears clear before booking an hearing test.

This was my first visit to an ear hygiene specialist. Issy was friendly and professional throughout, explaining the options and procedures, and I felt very comfortable going ahead with the treatment. It also seems to have stopped the tinnitus. I have no hesitation in recommending Issy

I booked with The Willows as I was experiencing blocked ears, reduced hearing, dizziness and nausea.
Issy is very friendly and professional, having never attended an Ear Hygiene Clinic before, she immediately put me at ease and explained everything clearly. I didn't have any wax to remove, so was charged a reduced rate as stated on the website pricing, but Issy gave me loads of advice and useful info to help clear up the problem I am having.

I first went in April 2022, after seeing Issy's ad in a local mag just at the right time as I needed an ear cleared. She made me feel at ease right away, and we chatted away and had a laugh, and I actually enjoyed the sensation of the deep ear clean. I told many people after what a great experience it was compared to the days when you went to the nurse at the doctors surgery, and you had to hold that cup while your ear was rinsed out! With Issy the treatment felt like a massage for the inner ear! I'd have paid to go regularly! However after swimming last month, my ear felt blocked up again, only to be told by Issy that it was blocked way before I went swimming! I've been told I have narrow ear canals though, but though it required a bit more softening this time with the wax, Issy provided the treatment with ease and no stress. In a brain fog moment I got to the appointment only to realise I had left my card behind, but there was no issue to rearrange an appointment as I suggested, and instead I paid my invoice asap when I got home within the hour. Many thanks again, you make a potentially uncomfortable appointment fun, relaxed, and comfy.
