Excellent service from Issy. Friendly, relaxed with professional advice. Had a return appointment booked to check everything was ok and also had my aid checked and cleaned at no cost.

Issy at the North Cotswolds Ear Hygiene Centre had been recommended via two independent routes. I’ve had micro-suction and syringing ear treatments in the past for wax build-up. Issy has been the most impressive so far. Apart from being very friendly and welcoming, and working from a spotless clinic, I was impressed by her knowledge and competence. And her prices are amongst the most reasonable around. I unreservedly recommend her, and will be back when my ears need further attention. Thanks, Issy. Hugh

Attended The Willows slightly apprehensive since we had never had similar treatment before. We didnt need to worry. The reception was welcoming, helpful and reassuring. The treatment was careful, thorough and accompanied by a very informative narrative. Thoroughly recommend anybody to go and check out this clinic.

I wanted a second opinion and Issy was absolutely brilliant. She took plenty of time to make sure she didn’t irritate and already blocked ear. She gave lots of good advice about aftercare too. I’ll definitely use again.

Issy was incredibly helpful. I wasn't sure if I had blocked ears but have been suffering with a lot of sinus pain so wanted to get them checked. Issy very quickly established that the external canal was clear on both sides. She gave me lots of advice about how to try to clear the eustachian tube which I am now following. Would definitely recommend visiting Issy if you have any ear problems. Very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service and expert advice. I didn’t have an ear wax problem
in the end instead it was a Eustachian tube problem and I felt I was in brilliant hands and was amazing value. I was seen at short notice too which I really appreciated as I was about to take a long flight broad. Five stars all round!
