Visited Ray at St Helens. Having to have ears shyringed when I was young left me with issues. My ears had been blocked totally for a good few weeks. Ray was very understanding, put my mind at ease and was just brilliant. Explained everything and kept pausing to make sure I was ok. Brilliant service what a lovely man.

I was seen by Jen at Allerton Road Liverpool. Cannot thank Jen enough she was OUTSTANDING very patient as I’m not the greatest with these procedures. The price and results are better than anywhere else. Many thanks.

Been to Earful clinic in st.Helens this evening for ear wax removal after suffering with my ear for over 2 weeks , Ray was absolutely amazing he talked me through everything that was going to happen and I felt safe and relaxed, it wasnt painful and I felt so much better straight away , thank you Ray from Lisa

Just been to Earful in St Helens and I was treated by a lovely man called Ray he was so nice and helpful really went above and beyond explaining everything to me went through his Questioner then done the procedure definitely recommend Earful I’ll be back in 6months 👍🏻

Just had wax build up removed in both ears by Jen in Liverpool. She talked me through every stage of the process and demonstrated a clear knowledge of all things ears.
Nothing was a problem to her and I very much commend her professionalism. Many thanks.

Earful provide and excellent service and the staff are so very friendly and provide a step by step dialogue of the treatment they are carrying out. I have been to see them on 5 appointments at their Preston Clinic and now they are operating their business from a new shop. I would highly recommend them to have your ears checked.

Dealt with Niz at the Bolton branch who was excellent and guided me in the right direction regarding hearing aids. I can now watch the telly without the volume being on 10 to the relief of all the members of my family!

Earful Allerton Road Liverpool
Jen was the person I seen, after stupidly getting an earbud head stuck in my ear. It took a while, she got some advice from a colleague before she tried a different process to try and remove said earbud. I had to wait to see if someone did not attend their appointment because it took a while. She was very diligent, friendly and helpful and successfully removed the earbud. I am really grateful to her and her support

Very pleased with my visit I can hear again lovely person Amy very professional much better than when I went to the doctors no pain would well worth going if your suffering with your ears would recommend this practise in Earful in Warrington

I went to Earful in st Helens and received excellent treatment from Ray who was knowledgeable and professional, highly recommended.

Just been to Earfull in St Helens and was seen by a lovely guy called Ian I got my appointment date wrong and called Earful to change my appointment and they got me in today with no fuss.
Anyway when in for my appointment and was made very welcome by Ian he went through the questionnaire and then went through the process of cleaning my ears.
All the way through the procedure he made me feel at ease and made me feel very comfortable I will definitely recommend Earfull and will be going back in 12months time .

I attended for a hearing test. I asked to take a photo of the results which I was informed I could not do. I was told the results would be emailed which they were not. I have contacted customer services by email twice and had no response and still do not have a copy of the results for my reference.

I always get the best possible attention and always leave feeling more knowledgeable and confident

Ray was a really great guy he was very friendly putting me at ease right from the start of the appointment explained the procedure fully to me and made sure I was comfortable through the procedure. Booking the appointment was equally easy and efficient great service highly recommend them
