Bought several products over the years, including weight plates/ gym flooring etc. Always friendly and helpful service. Nice location for pick up Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

Alexa at the shop provided me the excellent service and explained well about the product.

However the third party delivery service was quite bad. First of all estimate time of delivery was 9am -5pm and finally delivered at 4:30pm without any communication.
My goods were just dropped to in my garage WITH PALLET and expected me to dispose the Pallet myself. I paid $149 extra for this delivery. Finally the delivery truck damaged my lawn next to driveway when he drove out from my driveway. Very unhappy with their service.

Delivery and installed. It would have taken hours for me to put it together, with lots of frustrating moments. Old mate had in done just over an hour, took everything away. Very reliable and professional company. Thanks guys👍🏻

Very helpful and informative, I had difficult spacing requirements and they helped me with what would work best with what I had in mind.

Dynamo fitness has been such an easy company to deal with. The communication was great and they helped me with a small issue I had with my weight bench their warranty team was such a breeze to deal with. I would highly recommend buying gym equipment through them and I would happily return.

I received my RT50 completely faulty out of the box. No serial number, the installers couldn’t bolt the arms in, the machine doesn’t switch on. When I contacted Yagoona Dynamo Fitness the manager told me he has nothing to do with it and to contact warranties. I told him, it didn’t even switch on for me to be able to use to then claim a warranty. The installers were so perplexed they contacted their boss who asked for a serial number. They spent 10 minutes lifting the heavy machine and couldn’t find one! I demanded a full refund and no response for 3 days from warranty team. Will give it one more day then I will be contacting Fair Trading and taking the matter to court.

I have purchased a lot of gym equipment and they have always been of good quality and staff has always been willing to assist.

My Reeplex home gym was delivered and setup two weeks ago. Very quick and efficient. I love getting to know my new gym and following along with the workouts on the app. I was delivered the wrong bench, and they had no hesitation in delivering the new bench. Im very happy.

I ordered & paid for 30 sqm of rubber flooring for my new home gym. Dynamo said it was no trouble to hold the flooring aside until the room was ready. It didn't matter how long they had to hold the stock for.

When I came to collect, the floor tiles were waiting for me. The Dynamo representative promptly gathered the tiles together and we then loaded them into my car. No fuss no bother.

The service I’ve received from Dynamo has been second to none. I have visited a the Brendale store a twice over the past month and every time I’ve received great advice. It’s so good, that the second time I went I was greeted by name. Quality of the goods have been great and I plan on revisiting in the future.

We purchased a MF5 Multi Trainer set up from Labrador store. The staff on the day were super friendly and helpful. The delivery arrived within days which we were stocked. Set up was easy and we have been using every day since. Love our new home gym. Great product and great service. Highly recommend Dynamo Fitness.
