A Happy Customer
This is my first piece of fitness equipment that I have purchased. I am happy to say it was a very pleasant experience. As I’ve had bone cancer for the last ten years I wanted something that would help me improve my strength and stamina and something I could physically do. I asked many questions which were answered and I got to trial the recumbent bike which I did buy for our home. It was delivered and set up all in good time. I love using this bike and I am happy to say that my fitness level is improving weekly. I could not be any happier. Thanks

The only thing i dont agree with is having to pay the money up front days before you receive the product like a smith machine.
Should be a deposit followed by full payment upon installation.
The customer has the exact same concern about not receiving the product as the business not getting their money.
So something like a 50% deposit makes alot more sense.
Thats my only issue.
The rest of the operation was excellent.
