Evri lost parcel not dw's fault, failed emails caused long delay, a well displayed contact number on dw's website, would have avoided this, only contact on website is email had to jump through hoops to find telephone number

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced with your recent purchase. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a faulty item from a manufacturer.
I can see your order was placed on 7/12/23 & a ticket raised with our customer service team on 12/12/23 regarding the fault.
Our team then requested a credit from the supplier under warranty and via a number of emails back & forth with our customer service team you advised you had bought a replacement elsewhere and so a full refund was processed to you on 19/12/23. Our team informed you to hold on to or dispose of the faulty item rather than return it.
