Durham rose were amazing. From the start to finish the process has been so professional and they were very open to all my ideas and my thoughts. I'm so happy with the final product!

Faye the consultant that took me through the design process was knowledgeable and very helpful.
At no time did I feel pressured to go bigger , expensive etc., all in all a pleasant way to spend money.

Can honestly say Melissa was so helpful and wonderful. Considering I only had a small idea of what I wanted to create she helped me the entire way with constant updates and the ring turned out beautiful.

Durham Rose did a fabulous and professional job in designing my engagement ring. Melissa worked with me to get exactly the band I wanted and was very supportive when it came to choosing a stone. I love my ring, it's exactly what I wanted and really unique!

I contacted Durham Rose for an eternity ring after searching for a particular selection of stones. I was contacted by Melissa Vass who went out of her way to find a solution for my requirements and budget.
She was helpful and friendly and provided plenty of information about what was happening at all points of the process.
The ring was lovely and very well received.
My only criticism would be that after the ring had been received Melissa went on holiday and the contact provided as a back-up did not respond. A slight let down after what was an extremely good experience.

Durham Rose were excellent from start to finish, helping and updating every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

From the moment i made contact to request a consultation for an engagement ring Melissa and the team there have been nothing but helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all the explanations that i needed were giving in a way i could understand. The design experience was a delight and Melissa listened to everything i had to say about what i wanted from the design. She told me if things would not work and gave me inspiration for slight changes if they were needed to make things fit my budget or to make things work more easily. The delivery and presentation of the final ring was fantastic and suffice to say it looked stunning when it arrived.
I am so glad i used their service and will be coming back for our wedding bands.

Fantastic service. I could not have done what I needed to do without this service. Designing a ring takes many sessions and to do that in person just wouldn't have worked as I am so busy. Using screensharing enabled me to book a half hour here or there and Dona session from work. Natalie who helped design the ring was enthusiastic and helpful the whole way through; suggesting and encouraging to what turned out the perfect ring that I and more importantly my new fiancé loved. Even when the ring the was designed Natalie did everything she could to get it to me on time even though there were unforseen circumstances. Even when we returned and had to make some changes to the ring she was very helpful and made sure the ring was perfect before we had it returned. It did take longer than we expected but it was worth it. I recommend this service to anyone.

I’ve never used a service like this before, but I am so glad I went for a custom made engagement ring over store bought.

Melissa, at Durham Rose, was simply great from explaining the process, to helping me design the ring - the whole thing was smooth,easy and exceptional value for money - not to mention that the final ring is absolutely stunning, better than anything I saw growing the usual jewellery shops.

I felt that I had real input into to the design to reflect my partners personality and style, but had really professional and experien artistic guidance from Melissa to ensure the final price works.

My partner used Durham Rose to design my surprise gorgeous engagement ring, so when it came time to chose my wedding band it was a no brainer to go back to Faye for her expertise. We are over the moon with the ring and cant thank Faye enough for her skills and brilliant service. When the ring arrived it felt a little tight and Faye organised immediately for us to send the ring back hassle free for it be re-sized and it is now perfect. Been fantastic. Found what I wanted, sent the design and they turned it into a reality to perfection.

Excellent service. Consultation process was thorough with remote sessions using live CAD tool to illustrate ring design changes and options. This was invaluable to getting design just right. Faye had excellent comms, including out of hours and when out of the country. Although offered stone options, I elected for specific stones with GIA reference, which were then sourced through DR. Faye took it upon herself to arrange on-site visual inspection of final choice in US before approving quality. End delivery was exactly on time and fast-tracked through to meet the deadline date. End ring is genuinely stunning and has attracted a lot of attention from work colleagues and family. Highly recommend DR for putting together an engagement ring with a difference. You get to choose exactly how you want the ring to look and the set stones, with genuinely competitive pricing too. After sales care also great with no slacking in service. Will use again. Well done Faye & team.

Natalie helped us to make the most perfect ring. She was very professional, easy to work with, and made an excellent vision for us - and we also love the final product! Also Natalie made sure to follow up with us and check if we loved the final product. We are very happy we chose this company!

About 2 years ago a friend purchased a bespoke engagement ring from Durham Rose (Hot Pink at the time). He said that the service he received was very good and I personally loved the idea of designing something special for my partner. So I contact the company and started on the journey of creating the ring of my partners dreams (well hopefully!). Initially myself and Faye had a few skype and phone conversations about what I was looking for. She then sent over a set idea book type things for me to browse. I looked through them (and the internet) to find the kind of thing I wanted. I would say what I wanted was fairly specific, I wanted a sapphire surrounded by some small diamonds in a thin band speckling around the diamonds. What Faye designed was nothing short of spectacular. The design truly did capture everything I wanted.

Following this I had an engagement ring made so that I could take it on holiday without having to worry about loosing it. Well within reason, the fake ring was still a few hundred pounds.

Then once she had said yes, I went through the process of having the real ring made. They sent over a few images of sapphires for the ring. To be honest, I found it almost impossible from the images to work out which was best, but upon the recommendation of Faye (as she had the physical stones) we settled on a sapphire.

The ring then arrived in a beautiful wooden box with a small book about how it was made.

Throughout the whole process, Manu and Faye were incredibly attentive, answering all of my stupid questions. Throughout all of the process there must have been several phone calls and screen sharing sessions with over 100 emails sent back and forth.

They have also resized the rings a couple of times free of charge.

I can't recommend this company enough.

Absolutely fantastic service!
The designer I was paired with was Natalie von Koettlitz and I honestly could not rate her or Durham Rose highly enough.
Natalie managed to understand my garbled vision and created a ring that I had designed in my mind but lacked the knowledge or ability to articulate.
I could not have asked for anything more.
My girlfriend (now fiancee) said yes and completely fell in love with the ring.
I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie and Durham Rose to anyone and will be returning to them to design the wedding bands when the time comes.

Very good service ,helpful from beginning consultation to the receipt of my beautiful ring , gorgeous packaging , couldn't praise company and Natalie enough .

I was initially skeptical about trusting an Internet company (although based in London)
with both the design of a very bespoke ring and carriage of my diamond (I had them insert a diamond we had in the family)
But all my fears and concerns were removed by a professional, efficient friendly and helpful staff
I have to mention Faye especially for her sound advice, clear and frequent communication on all issues good or bad.
if you do go through the process yourself I would vouch that you can safely invest some faith that the finished article will look even better than your computer generated design ( that you will do over a Skype screen share)

I wanted a special ring for my wife, to celebrate her 70th birthday and our ruby wedding anniversary. Durham Rose certainly provided the 'special'! I went through their design process, supported and advised by Melissa, who was spectacular in her advice and communications. She wasmeticulous in gaining an understanding of what I was looking for, in making really helpful suggestions and pertinent contributions to the design. An enjoyable process, almost as much fun in designing and buying the ring as in receiving it! My wife, and (importantly!) her sisters were delighted with the ring. Would certainly use Durham Rose again for a special gift, and will be reccommendingwidely.
