The whole experience was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the final product! Any questions I had were answered quickly and I felt very supported through the process. Being able to watch my ring be designed was definitely the highlight.

From the moment I made contact with Durham Rose the customer care was paramount. I was carefully guided from start to finish by an experienced and knowledgeable representative (thank you Melissa) who made me feel at ease throughout the design process. I was very happy with the finished ring. I could not praise the company any higher.

Melissa has been a pleasure to deal with - genuinely passionate about creating the ring we wanted, providing information and guidance where needed and keeping us updated every step of the way. We had no experience with planning or designing a ring, so the online design session she hosted was extremely useful for generating ideas and visualising the end result.

The whole process was easy and explained really well. Jordan, the designer of the engagement ring took the images that I sent to him of the items that I wished to be incorporated into the ring and made a beautiful design that we both loved from the get go, so much so that very few revisions if any needed to be made. Aspects of both my partner and a small part of myself made the ring in my opinion beautiful, thoughtful and meaningful for the both of us. I would recommend Durham Rose, Jordan and the craft team to anyone looking to make that special occasion even more memorable. Faye is an absolute credit to your company. At the start of my process I had creative differences with one of the designers. She was lovely I just didn't feel she saw what I had envisioned for my design. Faye automatically without questions understood my position and from then it took off! Honest, reliable, friendly, great value, 1st class service. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend and use them again.

The whole process was perfect! Natalie was patient, excited and helpful throughout. The design process is fun and interactive and then the next steps are clearly explained. Communication is great throughout and the insight the team can give is truly exception. I love the end product and can not wait to give the ring to it's rightful owner!

From the start of this journey I have had an exceptional experience. I was designing a bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancé with Jordan Robins. Jordan's professionalism, creativity and easy manner made the whole design process very easy. He listened to what my vision was and stayed true to it, whilst helping improve it in parts.

All costs were totally transparent which I also liked. It was obvious that I wasn't being sold anything inappropriate to my needs.

The ring arrived promptly and my partner absolutely loves it.

The final stage when receiving the lovely ring book was also excellent.

All in all I'd highly recommend this service. Especially if you want something completely personal to you.

Very personal service and excellent quality

I had been looking for some time for a jewellers that could deliver a bespoke solution for a brown (chocolate) diamond halo ring that I was purchasing for my wife for Christmas. Not something easily found in the many high street jewellers. Eventually I stumbled on Durham Rose and decided that this may be the jewellers that could provide the solution I was looking for.

From the moment I contacted them I had that feeling that I had come to the right place. I discussed what my requirements were and nothing seemed a problem or obstacle. Natalie guided me through the process and after several weeks Durham Rose produced the very ring I was looking for. Even last minute changes on my part were dealt with efficiently with a 'no problem' attitude. The ring is fantastic and I'm sure my wife will be delighted with the results. I certainly picked a winner when I found Durham Rose and will certainly be using them again in the future. They are a first class jewellers and it has been a pleasure to purchase from them. Absolutely spot on.... This is the second time I've used Durham Rose and Natalie in particular and once again the rings are flawless.

After having the most amazing engagement ring made we were unsure if it could be topped but wow. After the initial design of the wedding rings and then the CAD models we gave the go ahead, we even lent them the engagement ring back so it could perfectly sculptured to the correct shape and fit against the wedding ring.

Well we got them back this week and just wow. 😀 Perfect fit on both rings, the attention to detail is exquisite as well as they both feel amazing with a weight that oozes quality.

I had a great experience using Durham Rose. They made me feel very comfortable in making any decisions and gave me plenty of advice when I was struggling with the design. Nothing was too much of an ask when it came to the fine tweaking towards the end of the design process.
I had brilliant communication with Natalie throughout and always felt like I knew where we were up to in the process.
Natalie was also very helpful with all of the options to do with the ring such as stone choices, explaining very clearly what all of the different grading symbols meant, making sure I got the best possible stones for my budget.

The finished product that arrived to me, exceeded my expectations massively. I feel like I have bought a ring that is worth a considerable amount more than what I have actually paid.

I had a great experience with Durham Rose. By far the most interactive self-design studio on the market – you're given autonomy over every aspect of a ring, rather than mix-and-matching from preset selections as with competitors. Superb customer service with constant communication throughout the process. Delighted with the ring. Hopefully my girlfriend says yes to give this a happy ending!

From start to finish they were exceptionally helpful with every process, they had no problem setting my own stone and I now have one very happy fiance.
