We do try to soak up as many costs as we can but unfortunately in today's climate we have to pass on more costs to the customer. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched next day and we only offer standard delivery service so most deliveries take 24 - 48 hours unless the courier has issues their end. Hopefully this doesn't put you off from ordering from us again and you feel your experience is better next time. We appreciate your feedback and always take reviews in to consideration.

I’ve used Drywall tools for about a year since I started my new business and I have had nothing but an excellent service. I always find everything I need, the prices are really competitive and the delivery is spot on.
It’s hard sometimes when you’re a small business to know exactly what you need for each job especially if the client asks for extra work to be carried out but, when this has happened and I’ve needed more materials I’ve found I can order from drywall tools and expect a straightforward ordering service. I’ve been really erratic with my ordering in that I’ve needed more materials quickly and they have never let me down! Thank you and it’s nice to know I’ve found a supplier I can rely on.

Great recovery …
The initial order didn’t complete and got no response but when I emailed sales team got immediately dealt with and received order within two days, great recovery and will definitely use again as a result.
