Had to phone company for technical help on a product they sold, was given the reps phone number for the product in question.Query quickly answered and I was able to order at the cheapest price I could find online with a very fast delivery service.Overall a very good hassle free experience.

Wrong rollers were received.
However, called the office and spoke to Jon later in the day where he sent out the correct order and collected the wrong order the next day.
Customer service is too drawer.
You can buy these items from multiple different suppliers, however what makes the difference is how the after sale customer service is dealt with.
And in my opinion this was spot on.
