Great product and great customer experience. Great to use a UK based company where everything is made to order.

While knowing I wanted a new wood floor for my home this was my first experience of shopping for one. A kind and knowledgeable flooring expert personally guided me through the various choices of planks and stains offered by Knot and Grain.
The price was very reasonable, and my beautiful floor was in place within only a couple of weeks. My installer George was efficient, respectful and courteous, taking care to keep his work tidy.

True wood flooring can’t be beat for looking realistic (which it is!) and feeling warm under foot. I highly recommend.

I had been looking for about a year for new flooring then I found knot and grain and I knew that was the only floor that I wanted on my living room floor. Everyone who has seen it says how good it looks . I am so pleased with it and recommend knot and grain flooring and their staff where excellent.

Really great product, service and company. We contacted them as short notice with a large order after spending months trying to find we want. Spoke with Sam, got us samples sent out ASAP, made our decision and delivery booked with a quick turn around. The flooring arrived and it couldn't be more perfect. We love how you can make the exact flooring you want, have highly recommended the company to many friends and family.

The builders who fitted our floor found it a great product and easy to fit. Managed to use very little waste due to decent size planks. Found the accessories such as glue and door trims good quality. They are now recommending Knot and grain to other customers.

We have had many many compliments on our floor, we did our entire house in conker. It's a medium dark and beautiful. We have an old house that made shopping for floors tricky.

10/10 would highly recommend. Especially as Knot and Grain came in cheaper than the main brands we were comparing against who were offering a subpar floor.

This was an easy process for us as it was good to be able to make our choices of flooring and the whole process of fitting through one company. Our fitters, Koli and Anji worked fast and efficiently and completed the work within three half-days. There were some awkward and confined spaces involved that they expertly tackled.
The floor looks great and all who have seen it so far have been impressed.

Great customer service and personalised service. Every member of the team were very helpful and there was no pressure or rush to make us place our order.
They advised us on colours and plank styles and quality. After receiving several different samples we settled on a custom colour premium plank which was made and despatched well within the estimated time.
Great company offering old fashioned service, that is sadly lacking in today's retail space.

Products are always high standard and help on phone very useful.
Delivery was by EVRI which in our area is always slow

Excellent products and examples for customers choosing oak flooring. The advice received helped resolve a problem caused by a third party. My new floor is much better than I had originally planned. Don't go to the big building wholesalers. Knot & Grain are miles better. After sales service for cleaning and treating the floor easy to do. First class.

I was very impressed from the outset with Knot & Grain. I bought the classic herringbone flooring having compared it to similar options to find it was very high quality.

The customer services experience with Sam was excellent - informative and not pushy at all.

I will say if you’ve never laid glue down herringbone before, be very careful with the initial setting out (or get a pro to do it!). I’d laid quite a lot of click herringbone flooring but wasn’t prepared for how easy it is to nudge the floor out of line before the glue sets on this version. Thankfully it all worked out and the flooring looks excellent.

After a builder made a complete mess of a large new downstairs floor, Sam at Knot & Grain came to the rescue. And being fair the builder found them.

Lots of positive comments on the oak floor. It's transformed the large kitchen/dining/living room space.

Sam listened to the problems, recommended the right colouring of the oak, and stressed the importance of it being fitted by someone skilled.

Beautiful flooring. Choosing what we wanted was easy and straight forward. I was able to take home samples to try in the room and lots of advice and help was offered to help us choose. The fitter George did a fantastic job. Really pleased with every aspect.
