I don’t know how to thank them enough! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt like I was among family, not in a clinic.

Dr. Mohammad Nour has truly golden hands and a big heart. He reassured me every step of the way and treated me as if I were a member of his own family.

A special thanks to Mr. Adel, the doctor’s assistant, who never left my side for a moment. From the very first consultation until the very last day, he was always there for me, checking on me and taking care of even the smallest details.

I have a very strong dental phobia, so this whole journey was a huge step for me. Dr Mohammed Noor Jafar was incredibly patient, kind and gentle with me from beginning to end. He always knew how to calm me down, reassure me and make me feel safe and comfortable. He never rushed me and always made sure I was okay before continuing. His gentle hands and attention to every little detail made such a huge difference for someone who has always been terrified of dental treatment. I’m genuinely so grateful that I trusted him with my smile, and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful result. 🤍

A very special thank you to Dr Firas, who honestly treated me more like a caring brother than just a dentist. He was always kind, gentle and reassuring. Even while working on my teeth, he would joke with me and make me laugh just to take my mind off what was happening and ease my anxiety. 🤍 Sometimes he could tell I was getting nervous without me even saying anything and would immediately try to make me smile and relax. I’ll always remember his kindness and the way he made the difficult moments so much easier for me.

Thank you also to Moatasem, Ibrahim, all the dental assistants and the lovely girls at the clinic. Everyone was so kind, caring and welcoming throughout my treatment. The girls always greeted me with a smile and somehow managed to make me the best coffee too! ☕️🤍 All those little things made my long treatment days so much nicer and made me feel like I was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about me.

And an EXTRA special thank you to Mr Adel. Even before I travelled from Australia, I was calling him almost every day, at all different times, with endless questions, worries and fears. He was incredibly patient with me and never once made me feel like I was bothering him or asking too much.

Whenever I became scared, started doubting my decision or felt like I was losing hope, Adel would reassure me and somehow build that hope back up again. Even while I was still in Australia, he made me feel like I already had someone here looking out for me. His patience, kindness and genuine support went far beyond what I expected. Some people simply do their job, but with Adel, I truly felt that he cared from his heart. I will never forget everything he did for me throughout this journey. 🤍

To Dr Mohammed Noor Jafar, Dr Firas, Mr Adel, Moatasem, Ibrahim, the dental assistants, the lovely girls and the entire team — thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You didn’t just give me beautiful teeth and a new smile — you completely changed the way I feel about dental treatment after years of fear. You gave me back my smile and my confidence, and that means more to me than I can explain. 🥹🤍

I had a great experience! The staff was all very kind and and had great communication. The office was amazing, everything clean and professional. My healing process went smooth with no collections.

After months and months of planning, we finally made it to Istanbul to see Dr. Nour- to say I’m satisfied is an understatement. I went in not knowing specifically what I wanted but had an idea- Dr. Nour listened and did his examination and came together with a wonderful treatment plan. Dr. Nour & his team, from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the finance team, were incredibly helpful and kind. I absolutely loved his work and will travel overseas to see him and his team for any future treatments.
