Deposited 15€ with crypto and won 30€ . I wanted to transfer the money to my bank account and they refused. After 6 hours chatting and re validating all my details they still refused to payout my winning. I gave up spinned all wiining until it gone. I will never use this casino ever again. They did not allow me to withdraw because I had made the account with different name other than my name, they also didnt allow me to change my name even though i have the email and the phone number in the account, i asked them if there is anyway i can prove that i am the owner of the account, like deposits etc they said no, its basicly a scam website take care guys.

Took my money and won't credit my account
I opened an account. Made two deposits. Both were taken out of my Visa, only one made it to my Drip account. Hasn't been sent back as of yet. No help from customer service. As of right now they are thieves and not a casino. They can't even wait for me to lose my money fairly to take it.
They claim that they have no regulated times for their processor to fix "technical issues". Imagine going to a bank and giving them your money and then when you ask for it back they say they will but only when they feel like it? This is a horrible site

Endlose Nullrunden und selten ein kleiner Gewinn…
Ich habe dem Casino nun über 3 Monate mit verschiedenen Einzahlungen die Chance gegeben, eine gute Bewertung zu bekommen. Keine Chance. Sie tun einfach alles dagegen. Endlose Nullrunden wo dein Guthaben verbrannt wird ohne einen Gewinn zu bekommen. Wer es kennt: Gates of Olympus connected bei 8 gleichen Symbolen. Über 30 Spiele am Stück droppen immer genau 7 und machen so einen Gewinn unmöglich. Ich kenne Phasen im Glücksspiel wo man nichts gewinnt aber das hier ist save manipuliert. Die Walzen zeigen ständig die selben Bilder was bei einem zufallsgenerierten Bild schlichtweg unmöglich ist. Daher sieht mir das schwer nach Manipulation aus. Fühlt sich auch so an beim Spielen.
Für ein neues Casino, das noch auf Neukunden angewiesen ist, ist das ne absolute Flaute! ÜBERHAUPT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Lieber Finger weg.
Die Seite an sich ist schön gestaltet aber man hat keinerlei Tools für Limits. Schwache Nummer. Kundenservice für nicht-russisch-sprachige Menschen wie mich eine reine Katastrophe. Sowieso vertrösten sie einen immer nur mit der Standartleier wenn man sie auf ihr Betrugssystem anspricht.
Schade.
