My name is Joaquín. On Thursday, June 20th, 2025 at 3:00 AM (CLT), I requested a 530,000 CLP withdrawal from Drip Casino to my bank account, using the same method I had used before successfully and quickly.
According to Drip Casino’s own terms, the maximum processing time is 3 business days. I waited the full period (Friday was a holiday, so the days counted were Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), but the funds never arrived.
I contacted support at the exact time they told me to (08:00 UTC). However, I was only answered by a chatbot, which informed me—without any proper explanation—that the funds had been returned to my casino balance.
🔴 I never requested or authorized that change.
I made it absolutely clear that:
I do not accept the money as casino balance.
I want my original bank withdrawal processed.
I do not consent to unilateral changes in withdrawal method.
I refuse to restart the process and wait again unnecessarily.
Despite this, I never received a case number, a transaction ID, or any reference to which terms and conditions allow them to make such changes. All I got were vague, automated, and contradictory responses.
At this point, I strongly suspect this may be part of a scam or deliberate stalling strategy to make users give up on their funds. There is no human support, no transparency, no accountability, and no resolution.
👉 I demand immediate payment to my original bank account as requested, along with a clear and formal explanation.
I am making this public in case other users are facing the same issue, and to alert regulatory bodies to investigate this practice.

I made 2 deposits. One in inr and one in crypto. After i won, i tried withdrawing my money, they told me to kindly withdraw via imps, but my latest deposit was in crypto. The third class customer support tells me the winnings were using the money that were processed via bank transfer.
This is just trick to steal your info.
I’m never depositing again.
