First they target a 16 year old via fb and email she can than sign up with no need for identification verification she uses my name and my credit card..... these people don't Care they have no standards or morals.. they don't reply or help in anyway they have a bunch of reasons why it's not there fault and it's OK.. don't go here... they are horrible people.

Well I hate to write negative reviews…
Well I hate to write negative reviews but I felt this needs to be heard. I joined this casino four months ago and played consistently. I ran into small issues but eventually were resolved however recently this involved deposited/credited issues where I made three deposits that were never credited to my account but had been received and notified to the casino by a third party payment processor. I informed them about it and they were not nice about it and would ask the weirdest requests for example sending a QR code for the deposits in an email which makes no sense coming from a Canadian bank/country. I contacted the third party vendor and they showed me confirmation of my deposits and the notification to the casino. But eventually the casino support became lazy and useless to the point where they don’t care about you and just tell you to wait and the lie straight to your face saying that it’s the third party’s fault. Please be aware and trust other projects/casinos.

Complete "SCAM" they had me send pictures of numerous documents and when the "verification was accepted, I was informed that in order to cash out any money.....I would have to gamble ALL of my initial deposit....200 dollars. Schaffe es nicht etwas zu gewinnen. Habe ca 15 mal eingezahlt aber geht einfach nichts.
40x Wager auf Bonus Guthaben was nahezu unmöglich ist zu schaffen. Hatte ca 50 Freispiele in 20 verschiedene Slots und nicht einmal 100€ oder mehr gewonnen!
Der Support ist nett bringt aber nichts wenn man nur verliert.
Für mich das selbe wie im 1go casino es geht einfach nichts.
Kann das Casino leider nicht empfehlen da ich nur verliere Schade....Nachtrag: Hab dem Kasino noch eine Chance gegeben und leider noch mal 400€ auf 10 mal eingezahlt wieder ohne irgendwelche Gewinne. Wirklich eines der aller schlimmsten Kasinos überhaupt. Als ich meinen Account löschen wollte wurde ich fast 40 Minuten im chat gehalten und mir wurde lauter Mist angeboten um zu bleiben. I enjoy slot games.
From purely practical considerations, I decided to choose this casino. I'm glad I didn't make a mistake. It's really cool. I especially like the slot games here, but not so much the card ones. I'm not complaining, but for some reason, it's easier to win in the slots. There was a slight delay in withdrawing funds once, for 3 days. I contacted support and the problem was quickly resolved. The cons: The website was down twice in two days. Unable to log in. Terrible VIP offers. As a Meta-level member (top tier), they treat me like garbage. Customer chat service is useless.
