Update to below: emailed Dream Pairs, returned the order. Was informed they would track my return and refund me within 3 to 5 days of receipt. The communication from this company ceased at this point. I had proof they had my returned order, and a photo showing it in their warehouse. I needed to open a case with PayPal to get a refund, this was escalated after Dream Pairs failed to respond and the case closed in my favour. I returned via Royal Mail tracked 48, at a cost of £5.95 to return the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered.

Really disappointed with my order. The sizing runs very small. I ordered the same size I wear in other brands and the Dream pairs shoes and boots were very tight, at least a full size too small. Also, for the price I expected better quality. Its also the first time I have had to email a company to request a return, I am waiting to hear back at this time. I am in the UK and distance selling regulations apply. Wouldn't order from this company again. Shoes look nice on the website but the ones I received looked cheap and had thin very soles.

As a shoe addict, of many years,I can honestly say dream pairs is one of the best stores I've ever shopped with! Amazing quality shoes, fitting is great, delivery was the speediest, AND they're all very lovely people! Great customer service! Thank you for my shoes; I'm happy I chose you! ☺️

Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of this brand. These shoes are DURABLE. I have washed them. They did not retain smell. At all. Literally the only affordable brand of shoe that had an all black tennis shoe for my childrens school uniforms. I searched at least 1,000 random shoe brands by the way. Some were just so sketchy you couldn't trust it at all. I trust this brand 100%. Adult shoes are also the most comfortable shoes and unique!!! I have boots with a freakin' pocket!!!

I own a couple pair of shoes from this company, and my daughter has a couple of pair as well. We love the brand! Our shoes are comfortable and very stylish. I have a pair of house shoes and they are so soft and comfortable. The latest pair I got for my daughter was dress shoes. She loves them. They don't hurt her feet and they are so adorable. We love Dream Pairs!

My granddaughter absolutely loved her little combat boots. So cute easy on and easy off. Easy to walk in and very sturdy and comfortable.

I own two pairs of shoes from Dream Pairs and they are both very high quality. The first pair are women’s tennis shoes and they are so comfortable and stylish. I also just received a pair of water shoes for my daughter. The water shoes are black and gray, very durable, and have an easy to close strap.

Great kids shoes that are comfortable and stylish yet durable for the outdoors! They fit well and had a nice foot bed that was supportive. I like that they come in many colors and sizes!

I got the dream pair toetos an they were very tight on my feet I am a 6.5 an thats what I ordered I could go up a size they felt great on my feet except to tight

I ordered a pair of women's flats shoes from #DreamPairs and I love them. They have a padded insole which makes it feel like you are walking on air. This is my second purchase from #DreamPairs and they are now my go to store for shoes that are comfortable and fashionable. Their customer service reps are friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

I am a member of the Super User Program & I just received my first pair to review. I received black House Fluffy fuzzy memory foam slip ons & I love them! They are so soft & the flip flops with memory foam are so comfortable. I would highly recommend these slippers. My only negative is that they are made in China,

What a fabulous company to participate with, when I became a member , I was allowed to pic my first pair, I received them almost immediately, and after wearing them I gave my feedback, this company is a 5 star company and I'm honored to be a member, if you love shoes and want to enjoy participating join Dream Pairs Shoes , I definitely recommend them 100/ per cent

They have some pretty shoes, but you will have to pay for return shipping if they don't fit or you don't like them. They claim that they will pay for return shipping if you are exchanging for a different size, but this is not true. I was told that I had to pay for shipping to return the shoes and place a new order for a different size. I have found that they run a little large. I have not tried the smaller size to see if they fit properly because I don't want to pay for shipping again if they don't.

I ordered 2 different shoes. They sent me the wrong size for one of them and then tried to finagle my refund, which is ridiculous. I protested and they gave me a full refund for that incorrect item, but I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back. However, when they do send the right size, it's a good value. I wouldn't order from them again though because I can't trust their operations and customer service. I literally almost got robbed.

Bought kids shoes which fell apart completely after two months. Holes in the sides showed up after a month of light to moderate use. By the second month the body of the shoe was separating from the rubber rendering them unusable.

Sent an email regarding the poor quality assurance, but they never bothered to respond.

I can't believe I'm posting this over $9.13, I don't care if it's a dollar; you're still stealing money off my PayPal account! On July 7th Dream Pair took this amount. This is there email & ID on EBAY BE AWARE (they take money with no purchase off paypal); topshoesusinc (37116). I sent screen shots and they still ignoring me and unable to contact Ebay by phone yet. I ordered 2 pairs of there cheaply made shoes totaled $36.43, open 1 pair sent both back. They refunded me those two pair I ordered on June 20th. Received a email from PayPal for transaction for $9.13, I didn't authorize on July 7th! Why are you people stealing money from my account, it's still attached to my credit card.

I love these sandals and think they are adorable. I am a standard size 7, with a normal width. These fit me fine and have been comfortable so far. If you have a wide foot or a thick foot, these might not be the shoe for you.

These shoes are also quite flat. This is not a problem for me, but if you require arch support, these are probably not for you.

I want to buy a second pair because they are that cute and comfy!I highly recommend these if you don’t want to spend so much money. Quality is good and you won’t break the bank.
