I was so delighted to receive my pair of burudani shoes! This is my second pair. They are so stylish and comfortable. This brand offers modest heels which I appreciate.Their products are made from recycled materials which is a bonus for the environment.

I’ve been looking for shoes with a larger toe box for several years. Burudani shoes have given me a shoe that I can wear right out of the box without having to break them in before leaving the house in them. The heal doesn’t slip off and I’ve had absolutely no blisters. On top of that they are appropriate for casual wear and still dressy enough for a more formal event. They’ve answered my needs in so many ways. The only thing left is to see how long they’ll keep their shape and usefulness as I wear them as my only shoes. I did buy them in four different colors so that will help but the black pair will be the test case because I find myself wearing them much more often than the other colors. Thank you!

After buying 3 pairs of flats that feel super comfortable on my problematic feet, I purchased my first pair of heels. They are eye catching, attractive, and also fit perfectly from the first moment I put them on.

Probably the best customer service I've experienced. An initial order of (beautiful) Burudani slingback heels had an issue with a strap that slipped down. I reviewed, noting this, and heard back almost instantly from customer service, wanting to make things right. Who does that? Now I have two pairs of Burudani (aka Dream Pairs) shoes, and am wearing the fetching and very comfy flats as I type. Bonus: they're made from recycled plastic.

Do not expect this company to honour their refund promise.
I brought four pairs of shoes and and have paid for the postage to return three following the instructions that they emailed me. They are refusing to give me a refund on the basis that they need the tracking details to pay the refund. They state they have no way of finding the shoes in their warehouse. The returns were clearly labelled and they have all my details. This feels like daylight robbery.

Do not order!!!

False delivery dates - days 3-7 days - in fact they are shipped from China and can take 3-4 weeks.

The shoes are poor quality and sizing - I am a true uk size 7 - all my shoes are 7, slippers, trainers, boots.

I nearly broke my foot trying these on 7 is more like 5, absolute joke then they expect you to pay to return them!!!!

My experience with Dream Pairs is very satisfactory. The truth is they are very attentive and the shoes are very nice, comfortable and the best of good quality and I have had good experiences with everything that I order and arrive on time. They are very attentive.

These shoes are too good to be true! Comfort, stylish, and affordable prices!! In the past year I have ordered ten pairs of shoes. I am absolutely amazed at how comfortable the shoes are!!! When I stand on my feet all day, the Mary Jane pumps with a 2.8 heel allows me to look cute all day in heels! At my age I thought I would never be able to wear heels again. What scares me is that the prices are so affordable that this company may start to increase their prices!! I am retired and on a fixed income, and this company fits my life so well. From reading the reviews I see that most of the complaints are the return process. I have not had to return any shoes yet, but I am hoping they will fix this process before I have to return any shoes.

I have worked with this company before winning a competition and they have the best customer service! Fast and doesn’t leave you hanging on a response! Also they have great products, I haven’t bought a shoe I didn’t love from here, the comfiness is mind blowing!

Multiple emails sent back and forth as wrong size was delivered. Dreams have signed for the delivery that was sent back on 25th April. No refund yet. Just tried to email the signed receipt and my email is being rejected. Dreams have literally just sent me an email asking to fill out a questionnaire but I can also see 200+ personal emails attached to it, GDPR comes to mind!
Would not use at all again for love or money, currently out of pocket!

Love thier service and products. They offer large varieties of products and best prices as well as quality of the product that comes with wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

Today is 30th May and I still haven’t had any reply to all my emails which means I missed the return window and have no money back.
Avoid this company at all cost!!

Could you please let me know how to send the shoes back as after 2 weeks of chasing I heard nothing back.
Also you’re saying in your T&C that the return has to be made within 30 days. How could this be even possible it there is no return policy in place just an email which is not even monitored??

I have emailed the company on many occasions as unable to return a pair of shoes I purchased for my mum.
They don’t provide any return labels or instructions and only request to email the customer services in order to organise a return. Since they’re very unresponsive it’s a terrible system to deal with returns!

Dream Paris shoe is very comfy shoe. I bought my first pair when I was pregnant, very comfy, and safe, and I am in love with this brand, I got another pair for my vacation trip, i can wear it all day long, flexible. I gave 4 stars because of the style, I wish they have more fashionable style.

Just received a pair of tan, calf length boots which were reduced to £10. I am absolutely thrilled with them. They look well made and have a lovely thick sole. Wish I'd got 2 pairs.

I received a pair of shoes as a gift from Dream Pairs.. I had purchased their flat shoes before just because of their design and their durability, comfort. I choose kids shoes as a gift.. The shoes are in pink and purple color with jelly outsole which looks so pretty..As my daughter has to wear them for school so I look for comfortable and easy to wear shoes so for that I go for branded shoes but they cost me alot every year.. but Dream Pair gave me both these things in affordable price with good style.. so I recommend to all my friends and family.. Two things I am disappointed are the shoes are not that lightweight as it was written in description and the hook and loop closure should be a little neat..

I received these shoes as a gift and I absolutely love them. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. They are slip ons. I was worried about getting a size bigger but I'm honestly happy I did. I didn't feel the need to have to brake them in. They are flexible and are very sturdy. I am honestly beyond happy that I picked the slip on walking shoes.
