I’ve had a couple of shoes from Dream Pairs (including a flat for myself and a slide slippers for my kid) and have found them to be well made and good quality materials. They have soft insides and comfortable to wear. Happy with their shoes and customer service.

I ordered 2 pairs of Edenia Mary Jane shoes in sizes 5.5 & 6 & although the shoes were nice neither pair fitted me comfortably. Therefore I had to return them at my own expense. I should have checked the returns policy before ordering the shoes as it cost me £11.15 to return them! I emailed Dream Pairs with the tracking number but although the shoes were received by them on the 24th March I still have not received my refund despite contacting customer services twice. So I am left without any shoes & £11.15 out of pocket & without a refund for the shoes either, a costly exercise I won’t be repeating in a hurry!

I received a pair of sherpa-lined slippers. I love the cushioned insoles which make walking & standing comfy and help keep my feet warm. The firm soles are non-skid, especially in the kitchen where the floor can get slippery. When I spend a fair amount of time at home I need footwear that allows me to stand for long periods in comfort while I pursue various activities. Dream Pairs does that for me. Initially, I felt they were a little tight, but after I wore the slippers for a while the fit was fine. I was concerned about them being too tight because in the winter I often wear socks with my slippers, but the sherpa lining kept my feet so toasty that I didn’t need socks.

I bought a pair of boots for the winter time online. The zipper I had to have help with when I first got them and it was my mistake but not returning them. The zipper broke I had to have a friend pull the boot off my foot. I would like to return them and get a new pair for next winter actually for the rest of this winter because it’s cold. So no I haven’t had a good experience with them and I’m sorry.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, both too small and come up substantially smaller than other brands size 7. Tried to contact via email twice to return or exchange for a bigger size. No response in 5 days. Tried to go via website chat three times to no avail. Also no response. Seems suspicious

So disappointed! Their size 8 is really a size 7. (And I ordered 1/2 size bigger so I would be sure they would fit.) Can't even get my foot in the shoe. They are lovely.

I've gotten two pairs of shoe from this company so far. One was a pair of slide on summer flip flops with a super cushy sole and another is a pair of cozy slippers with sherpa like material and a hard sole that I can wear both indoors and to take the garbage out or check the mail without having to worry about the bottoms getting gross. Both shoes are comfy and well-made.

I was chosen for the Dream Pairs Logo survey and was given a chance to try out these wonderful slippers. And Honey let me tell you they are fabulous. They are Sherpa soft. They have a nice hard sole on them. Perfect for sneaking out to the mailbox with your slippers on. They are durable enough to stroll around in them all day if you need to. They are so cozy on my feet that I may or may not actually put shoes on some days lol. Definitely a must try for yourself, and you won't regret them.

When we look for comfort to be at home, nothing better than this type of footwear courtesy of #DreamPairs in it you will find quality and a rest for your feet due to its padding and casual design, in addition its sole looks very strong and safe, which is why I recommend these shoes as a very suggestive option that you will not regret using. Now my feet are sheltered from the cold and remain comfortable during my time at home...

I absolutely love this brand. I did a quick survey for the brand, and received a pair of adorable sherpa slippers. I love Dream Pairs shoes, as they have shoes from affordable to more expensive, but still affordable styles. The company regularly gives customers and those in their review team opportunities like this to give their input for the chance to get free shoes, and they actually give out the shoes rather than lying about it.

I got these amazing house slippers from Dream Pairs and they are so comfortable! They actually stay on my feet and they feel like I'm walking on a cloud! Well made and extremely cute! I love DreamPairs!!

I was chosen the winner of the Dream Pairs Logo Survey and gifted a beautiful pair of cozy house slippers. The are very comfortable and nicely designed. Lots of cushion to support your feet and grips at bottom to prevent falls. I am very pleased with these slippers, they can easily be worn as day shoes. I hope to soon try Dream Pairs Arch Support design shoes.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company, they arrived the next day which was great. However when I took them out of the box, it was clear that the quality wasn't great. I have not tried these shoes on but there is a reason I know the quality isn't good. 2 weeks before this purchase I bought a pair of boots from Amazon for half the price I paid for the boots from dream pairs. I wore them for a few days and they were unstructured and creased as I walked which doesn't look good. The reason I know the boots from dream pair would be the same without trying them on is because when I opened the outer packaging the box the shoes came in was exactly the same, as were the shoes,as the ones I got from Amazon for half the price 2 weeks before. I explained in my email that to customer services that they were unworn,I also understood that it was my responsibility to return them at my own cost. I was fine with this until I was told, eventually, that the return address is in the US. I am in the UK, I have ordered these boots twice, once from Amazon, once from dream pairs and they came the next day. These are unworn in undamaged packaging, so why do they need to be sent to a different country, where the cost of shipping will be greater than the refund when they clearly came from the UK.
This company is untrustworthy, do not buy from them unless you can afford to not return. Very dissatisfied. Avoid!

I recently received my Ankle Strap Low Wedge Sandals in Black Nubuck.
They are so stylish! I love the ankle strap and the gold buckle. The buckle is thicker so it stands out more which gives it that extra look. I work these to the office and the foot padding is just enough to wear comfortably all day. This can also be worn with jeans it’s really versatile. They also come in trendy colors.
I would prefer a longer ankle strap. I usually wear ankle straps on the third hole but I had to wear this on the first one so it was snug. I usually wear a 6.5 and found these to be a little too tight. The tightness didn’t bother me and I was still able to wear them the entire day. I recommend going a half size up. I’m not docking any stars for this because the shoes are too cute!
Shipping was also very quick. Email notification was very helpful. I love that Dream Pairs has shoes for women and kids. I didn’t need to speak with customer service so I can’t comment there. I haven’t come across a pair of shoes that I haven’t wanted for me a family member. I can’t wait to add more Dream Pairs to my collection!

Perfect fit for wide calves! I wore these all day, and had no pain. The fur liner kept my legs nice and warm. The buckles so add a nice touch to the boots

I bought three pairs of shoes from this company. Their 8.5 size was Huge when I recieved them. In attempting to return them, I found out that returns are the buyers responsibility. They would not work with me on shipping even though their product was incorrect in sizing. In the end I had to pay $63 in shipping fees to get their product back to them to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't buy from this company.

I'm really happy with the shoes I received from Dream Pairs. They arrived faster than expected and were packaged very nicely. The shoes are comfy, pretty and good quality. I will most definitely recommend people to purchase from Dream Pairs Shoes.

The shoes I received are too small, but I cannot return them due fact no return slip in box. I tried live chat - no response. I emailed - no response. I FB emailed, as yet no response. This is appalling customer service and I intend to pursue this. Do not use this company if there is any chance you may need to return the shoes

I'm really happy with the shoes I received. They arrived very fast and were packaged very nicely. The shoes are good quality and very well made. I will most definitely be repurchasing from Dream Pairs soon.

My son received his snow shoes from Dream pairs and they were very comfortable and easy to wear. Good quality and also had a zipper so he could wear them easily.
