I stayed in Belfast with this company in July. Originally I was scammed by Sembo and was grateful that Dream Apartments were able to fit us in. The apartment was basic but fine. I paid on the day in full including a £100 refundable deposit. Two months later, after a number of emails, phone calls and complaints I still have not received my deposit back. The police are now involved. I would not recommend dealing with this rude, thieving company.

I thought giving out bank details to a company that has already scammed me was a bit suspect. I had called 6 times and was told someone would call me back. 7th call I was asked for bank details but Dylan also confirmed my complaint would be passed over and someone would call me back. I will call again and let future customers know of the outcome.

Rooms were very basic. Kitchen amenities terrible. No blind or curtain on large living room window. Then they charged our debit card twice. I presume this was their error but they will not refund the money. I cannot get any response.

Pros: Easy booking with booking.com

therefore had to cancel booking last minute.

An absolute disgrace of a place!! Arrived and there was no one there to give us keys, ended up on the phone to someone called David who couldn’t have been more unhelpful. We were told that there was a flood and some of the rooms were flooded and no longer available. When we asked would they find us somewhere else to stay as we had no where else and the payment was already taken, we were told “only if there’s somewhere available”. Had to drive all around belfast to another set of Dream apartments (nightmare apartments), eventually got keys and walked into the apartment to someone already in the room lying in bed, the second set of keys given to us for the second room was the same, someone in the room! No one cared and no apology was given. Avoid these, worst service ever, I would have been better sleeping in my car!

A very modern well laid out apartment. 2 king sized beds in 2 spacious bedrooms with good storage space. Bathroom had both bath and separate shower. The living room/dining area and kitchen were very spacious with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. Plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery,glassware and crockery. Even though apartment is located on a ve dry y busy street there was virtually no outside noise to be heard. The car park was secure and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The first inspection of the place looked okay but when approaching the check in desk the service was appalling and was not very welcoming, the experience felt rushed and they were very uptight, in addition the parking system was not made clear on the website anywhere until the date of arrival we found out we had to pay £15 if we wanted to park our vehicle with them for 1 day. Lastly they use every opportunity to charge you for everything if you check out a few minutes late which we did due to trying to log out of Netflix on the tele. The system was rubbish and made complicated it felt on purpose. A difficult and stress Place and experience and would NOT RECOMMEND and would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN !!

Absolutely first class experience in every way - good value for money, excellent apartment, great customer service and friendly people. Would 100% recommend.

An amazing experience. Fantastic apartment. Stunning location. Incredibly helpful people to deal with. Kept beautifully. Stunning design. Comfortable convenient elegant. A home from home. Cannot praise it highly enough. We will be back and we will send out friends. This is how it should be done.
