Drain Doctor - Rochdale Recensioni

Wow what a great service. Initial call to them. Very professional. I was informed someone would contact me in about an hour. Which they did and arrived 10 minutes later.
The worker ASIM ASHIQ was very polite and knowledgeable. Gave me price prior to doing any work. Checked everything out and got to work. Positive throughout and explained what he was doing. The job was more difficult as someone had paving flagged over the main drain. So all in all great service highly recommended.the price was in the region of what I expected. Not that I'm in any trade or business. Would use them again. But hopefully I won't get another blocked drain

Thank you all at Drain Doctors for such a professional job from the first time I contacted you all stressed out about my blocked drain ... To now having my soil pipe repaired , the blockage found, and the collapsed drain found and all repaired ... I was walked through the whole job by Neil .. such a friendly hard worker and always asked me was I happy with the job ... I'm over the moon to finally be able to use my toilet and not my hippy potty anymore 🤣😂 ... I would highly recommend Drain Doctors and have already told my neighbours just how professional you are and how I'm so happy ... Thank you so much

The engineer was good at job and got it done on no time

Neil came and did Profesional job no fuss and was able to unblock the drain with no problems highly recommend.
Thank you very much

excellent service by Neil came on time very polite did the job cleaned up price was reasonable wi use again definitely if need be

Had a really bad blocked manhole, Asim and Neil did a fantastic job, I thought it couldn't be done, so was expecting a massive bill, but they cleared it! Explained everything, I was led to believe by United Utilities that it was a private drain, but Asim and Neil discovered that it is shared, so I will get reimbursed the cost. They were really friendly and arrived on time, I would recommend them to anyone needing their drains sorting. First class service.

Fantastic service from Asim from the Rochdale branch. Asim was exceptionally courteous, professional and explained everything clearly and why he would do something. The job was particularly troublesome to clear, but Asim persevered and got there. It was an education. As a senior manager in customer service I recognise excellent customer service when I experience it, customer service of the highest standards. Thank you. Another mention to Nic, excellent communications and waited less than 24 hours for the engineer to call. 10/10, would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Superb professional service, same day call and call out. Neil was great!

Hi I have had a block toilet for 4 days. We had Neil out to have a look he sorted out the block and he was having helpful and did a great job. I would recommend him and I would have him back again in the future.

Engineer was very friendly and professional. After recent blockages, I wanted it checking out properly before I have a new driveway laid. He cleared the run thoroughly then checked with CCTV. He found a partial blockage which was the root of the problem. He ran the pressure hose through a number of times from both ends ... it worked. He ran the CCTV through again ... all clean and clear. He advised me of a few rough friction areas on joints but nothing serious. He assured me that I shouldn't get any further trouble. But, if there were issues in future, the pipe could be lined without needing to dig.
I can now go ahead with my new driveway installation with confidence.
Thanks, great job and much appreciated.

Guy was polite and professional. However, Drain Doctor’s policy of refusing to quote over the phone and insisting on you having to turn down a quote from the guy quoting in front of you, when you just want your drains cleared, so will likely just agree is sharp practice. Twice as much as local drain company and they didn’t even unblock the drain. No discount offered for that fact. Wasted hundreds of pounds to be in the same position. Would not recommend I’m afraid. They will say they can’t quote over the phone until they’ve assessed the situation, but frankly that is rubbish as every other company we’ve called quoted over the phone; for the same thing: jetting the drain and looking in it with CCTV. Industry standard tasks.

The bloke was friendly and keen to get the blockage sorted....but couldn't. He got as far as I had with rods....but I didnt charge myself 294 quid. Time is money and he was here an hour. At least he tried. U U now on call to come and try.

Fantastic service very professional and good rate

Great service. Called Monday morning, Asim came out in the afternoon. Very helpful and knowledgeable and fixed my leaking toilet!
Would definitely recommend

Asim our appointed technician went above and beyond to solve our blocked drains. He was extremely polite and very professional. I would recommend this company should be unfortunate enough to require their services in an emergency.
