Drain Doctor - Rochdale Recensioni

Great service, suberb response times from enquiry to carrying out a drain and sceptic tank survey.

Having previously unblocked our drains and diagnosed a problem, the team returned to make repairs to our drains and line a pipe that had several cracks.

A different team arrived this time – Marc and Kieran – and they were terrific.

They talked me through the process, and were professional and considerate throughout the multi-day process of dig, repairs and reconstitution. I highly recommend Drain Doctor and send a big thanks to Marc and Kieran for their help. Cheers!

Really great service. We firstly had diagnostics which showed building materials blocking the pipe from the toilet (new house-wasn’t us), then a second visit which brought a heavier machine to clear the blockage. It took them a fair amount of time and it seemed like they were getting nowhere but they were persistent and eventually managed to clear it…they also fixed a toilet valve problem whilst here. 2 really lovely, professional guys, Asim and Marc, perfect service, wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Asim turned up on time giving a phone call prior to attending. Polite and friendly. Fixed issue with toilet and unblocked drain outside.

Came on time, friendly and efficient. Job done. Thank you Asim and Mark👍

The response time to my request was excellent and they came out on a Sunday Mason did a thorough investigation and I have a report I can use with the water board

Asim was polite, explained everything and kept me informed of progress.

Exceptional Service on a Sunday!

We had a serious drain blockage over the weekend, and Asim came out to help us on a Sunday, which we really appreciated. There was a particularly stubborn issue with our manhole cover not opening, but he didn’t give up despite multiple attempts and a lot of effort, he persevered and managed to get it open.

Once in, he quickly identified the problem and cleared the blockage. Throughout the whole process, Asim was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He kept us informed, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel under control.

Highly recommend Drain Doctor but ask for Asim for anyone needing drainage help especially if you need someone reliable, even on short notice!

Mason came out and was so helpful. Found the smelly problem and explained what had caused it in no time!! Can’t thank him enough. Definitely not a job for the weak stomach

Really friendly from start to finish, the van broke down which can happen to anyone and they told me straight away and we’re still there in a different van within an hour of my original appointment !
