I contacted Drain Doctor about an issue we had with our outside drains after seeing lots of good reviews.
They came promptly and used a camera to inspect and identify the issues we had. I was shown the live camera feed, which was good.
It was not straight forward.
This was followed with a quote to fix the major issue.
I requested if we could get a further quote to cover all the issues, and this was followed by a further 2 hour visit from the boss Liam and Marc on a Sunday afternoon. They undertook an extensive camera inspection.
A subsequent quote was agreed and the work carried out in August 2026.
We were blessed with good weather, too good in fact as it was too hot for the resin used for the lining repairs to set!
Marc and his team Asif & Keiron were completely professional throughout and did an excellent job.
We did have an issue at the end with some resin spillage onto the block paving driveway, but this was quickly addressed with new pavers installed.
The work was not cheap, but I would have no hesitation in recommending them to ensure a proper job is done.

Would highly recommend Drain Doctor, quick response, good communication with office Nicola was amazing so friendly, Marc and Kieran called this morning to replace drain and gully, both friendly and professional explaining what they had done cleaned up when job done .

Called out Drain doctors for survey report for possible subsiding issues on my property engineer rang me when he was on his way very polite and professional explain everything in detail and and showed me all the issues I had still waiting for the report he came on Tuesday and will get the report by Friday couldn’t ask for any thing more cheaper than the rest of the company out there

I was impressed with the work carried out. I was advised everything that was happening from start to finish.

I was advised that I would receive my survey results in about 4/5 working days. This was received the day after the engineer came to see me. Which was a great result.

Really happy with the service from Drain Doctor. They responded really quickly, turned up when they said they would and got the job sorted much faster than I expected.

They were also the cheapest quote I had, but the quality of the work was still brilliant. Everything was done properly and they left the place clean and tidy before they went.

A big thanks to Mason as well. He genuinely went above and beyond trying to help me find my ring while he was here. He didn’t have to, but he spent the time looking for it and it was really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who puts that much effort into helping a customer.

I’d definitely recommend Drain Doctor if you’re after a reliable company that responds quickly, does a great job and offers good value for money. Thanks again, especially to Mason!

Two members of the firm visited me on the same day I phoned in to ask for someone to have a look at the drain problem I had. They were courteous and clear in their advice for solving the problem. I was promised they would return 2 days later if I was satisfied with the quote I received from the office. That quote was with me inside two hours. I confirmed i would accept the estimate given and the booking was confirmed within a further two hours. I was promised they would be with me today, Friday, at around 9 o'clock and that they would phone me before they arrived. Today, Friday, I did indeed receive a phone call to say they would be with me in a few minutes and they arrived before the time stated, 9am. They explained exactly what they intended to do and began the work promptly. They had to slightly alter their plans as they removed the concrete round the drain but it was all explained before they did it. The in-drain camera showed a further problem when they got underground and they could not have explained the strange set up of pipes without the camera exploration. They found a further problem underground which was explained to me, the advice on how to solve it was clear and the answer to the problem, though more expensive, was necessary and again clearly explained. Before they filled the area excavated I was shown all the finished work which was excellent. Finally they cemented over the pipework, cleaned up all the mess that had been made and left everywhere as tidy as it had been on arrival. They were both courteous, clear in their instructions and explanations, a credit to themselves and to the firm.

The engineers arrived on time and dealt with the problem efficiently. Gave advice about future actions to try to ensure the problem doesn't happen again.

Great service from Drain Doctor Rochdale. called them at 5pm for a emergency drain blockage (no drainage to 3 properties.) They called back at 5.06. arrived in 20 minutes and had the problem fixed by 6.45. great service i would highly recommend if you need your blockage fixed asap. 5 Star....

Asim and Kieran turned up when they said they would. They were very friendly and just got on with the job. They had been out initially they fix an emergency. I had 6 months ago. They recommended I get the whole pipe system renewed to avoid issues in the future. They kept me upto date with what was going on and I was shown where the drains were not even attached properly.
The guys were both very friendly, kept me updated and they were very tidy.
The job was done quickly and efficiently and would definitely recommend.

Arrived at time stated, very professionally dressed to represent the company. Van was clean and tidy also, a good sign. Was very knowledgeable and clear what the necessary steps were to repair the system. Parts had to be ordered as they were unusual, but we were back to normal within 24hrs. Excellent service.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Asim. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They carried out the work to a very high standard, left everything clean and tidy, and made sure the problem was fully resolved.

Very good service and very informative

Excellent service from Drain Doctor, especially Asim, who attended one of my rental properties to sort out a soil pipe blockage. What started as a simple job became very complicated, but Asim went above and beyond and never gave up.

He even arranged for a joiner to remove kitchen cupboards so access could be gained to the pipe, and came back a second time to complete the work properly.

Overall, the whole team provided a great service and kept me informed throughout. They may not be the cheapest, but all charges were explained clearly beforehand so the choice was mine.

Mason Keiren and Asim have fixed drain problems on two drains. They were friendly, quick and efficient.

Communication from the start was fantastic. We got a message to confirm call from engineer before attending, which we received. Asim was very professional and friendly, and after a quick check advised what needed to be done and price. He quickly sorted the problem and cleaned everything up. I would recommend Asim and Drain Doctor without hesitation.

Asim arrived within the hour, a very polite gent, he informed me of everything all way through the process, using his camera he explained everything in terms that I understood. His attention to detail was fantastic, tradesman have left me to clean up after in the past and Asim jetted and brushed my path clean. He give me advise and confidence to ensure I can not get in this position again. I would recommend this company 👌

Turned up within an hour of me phoning them and had my drains clear in 30 minutes. Very polite and friendly, offered advice on how to keep them clear for the future. Would highly recommend.
