Ryan came out to us today for what turned out to be a larger problem than expected. He was friendly, considerate, explained the issues and fixed them, cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend for a quick, efficient service

My sons bathroom toilet was blocked so I contacted Drain Doctor seeking help. Two men arrived this morning to take a look. They gave me a worse case scenario and a breakdown of the cost to rectify the problem. They were extremely polite, professional and courteous. Respected my wishes of not wearing boots inside my home, asked if they could come and go instead of knocking each time at the door. Less than an hour later the problem was rectified and they were soon on their way. Exceptional service! Thanks guys!

We had Ryan from drain doctor Bradford come and unblock our drain today… honestly what a lovely chap, can’t fault him. He was polite and done the job to the best standard. Will defo be using this company again when needed based on this experience.

Danny turned up on time and time and did an efficient job, they brought forward the date from when originally booked in.

Joel turned up a bit earlier than I was expecting, which was great. I showed him the problem, he got the camera out and showed me what was wrong.
He jetted the drain out which sorted it....water running freely again.

Simon arrived as arranged, listen attentively as I explained the problems.
Did a complete house inspection and used CCTV for the drains.
Everything went well.

Came same day when i informed them about blocked toilet.Ryan was very informative talking me through the process,solved the blockage very quickly couldn't fault him.

Prompt reply to my request of a blocked toilet, the lady on the phone was lovely. Ryan came the next day rang me to tell me he was on his way. He set to the job straight away. Toilet was badly blocked but that did not deter him at all. He worked well and showed me what he was doing every step of the way, even the blockage on his screen as it was stuck in the pipe. Result 1 unblocked toilet. Would recommend Drain Doctor to friends and family. Thankyou Ryan.

I rang drain doctors today after realising our gully drain was blocked. They were really helpful from the start, and sent someone over within a few hours who cleared the blockage and offered us advice to stop it happening again. I’ll definitely use Drain Doctor again.

Absolutely fantastic! We had a big job that was drawn out due to Yorkshire water but as soon as drain doctor got the green light they wasted no time in planning and completing our job to the best of standards we had a full pipe installed into the mains within a day ! From the initial quick call back following a Web enquiry to the appointment for the investigation of the issue by Simon, the explainations in layman's terms of the problems and the way it was professionally laid out in the report afterwards the service was excellent. The quality of the report meant there wasn't even a quibble with the insurance when we weren't even sure if we could claim. When Simon and Ryan came back the week later to do the necessary repairs it was done to make sure it made minimum disruption to the garden and the drive. Lovely guys and did a great job and good service from the back office as well.

Simon, from Drain Doctor Bradford was absolutely superb. We had an external waste pipe problem, Simon called up to let me know how soon he’d arrive, then had a really good look through every possible solution and quoted me with a really fair price before literally getting ‘stuck in’. It was a really tricky problem to fix but Simon didn’t give up and tried multiple ideas to completely clear our drains. He was such a genuinely good bloke, with real knowledge and quick thinking. He’s a credit to Drain Doctors, and I’m so pleased I chose them to help. Fast response, honest & diligent, reliable. Recommended highly.

When we had an unexpected sudden downpour our drain became blocked with water almost entering our property. After bucketing water away, we called Drain Doctor in a panic. Jack who was very professional, arrived within 18 minutes, unblocked and cleaned the drain and was on his way. Excellent service!
