Brilliant company, explained everything well and what needed doing. We happy to rearrange last minute too when we had issues meaning we couldn't have them attend on the original planned days.

2nd time we used these guys and once again great service and price

Excellent. Came and checked the drain with camera; identified the problem. Fixed it a week later. Little fuss, Simon did an excellent job and explained the issues and showed the work done (via camera). A week on and a bad leak is no more.

Very easy to communicate with the office and quick replies. They turned up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently and returned to solve the problem with roots in the drain. They explained what they could see on the cameras and I was reassured that the work had been completed to our satisfaction.

Friendly and professional service. The technician’Jack’ quickly identified the problem and resolved the blockage. Highly recommended!

Very quick and friendly service, fixed the problem on the first visit. The request form was picked up within 20 minutes and the plumber arrived within 1.5hrs. All the staff were very friendly and kept me updated on their arrival time and work required. The cost was reasonable and the problem was fixed on the first visit.

Matthew was very professional.
After locating the problem (which wasn't easy due to the layout of my building), he worked diligently to solve the problem, explaining things along the way. He cleaned up afterward. An excellent job.

Simon Jones came to our rescue when we had a blocked kitchen waste pipe. Drain Doctor sent Simon out the next morning. He was fantastic - diagnosing and sorting the issue in under half an hour. He left the kitchen spotless.

Absolutely 5 star from start to finish! Jack came within an hour of us making the phone call, matched the price quoted from another company and stayed until the issue was fully resolved. Advice was given to address some of the long term pipe issues we may experience through wear and tear as well. Jack was knowledgeable, quick responding, reliable, dedicated and honest throughout. Massive thanks to Jack for all his hard work and determination to get it all resolved in order to offer us peace of mind! Would 100% recommend.

Excellent service from a very pleasant and helpful engineer. The only 'ouch' is the price! It was not an emergency, only a blocked soakaway, but I feel I have been charged as if it were an emergency.

Great engineer attended within 48 hours of reporting the problem. Unblock was done on the spot and report / further quote was issued almost instantly.

I have used Drain Doctor twice and on both occasions, communications with the office staff and with the technicians at my property has been helpful and professional. They explained the issue and showed me the pipe camera views as they carried out the work. They arrived with the right tools and equipment for the job and left everything as it was when they arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

My call was answered by Ben, friendly and informative. Engineer arrived within an hour and a half of my call. Quick efficient service & explained process and costs up front. Kept me informed during works. Highly recommend & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Simon was very thorough, rodded, camera survey, and jetted. Cleared but broken drains showed up on camera survey. He says he will quote for repairs.
