Rang due to blocked toilet. Came the next day, within the time slot I was given. Jack looked at drains and toilet gave me a quote before he completed the job to see if it was OK. Very happy with his work. Checked out drains with camera to check for any issues. Overall really pleased with the service.

Instructed drain doctor on a Saturday morning to fix a sewage pump- they cancelled Sunday then arrived Monday to drain tank . No pump engineer to mend pump . They promised to come Thursday but then didn’t and e mailed that they were too busy and suggested I look elsewhere.

Simon showed us exactly what the problem was with our drains and rectified the issue quickly and cost effectively.
Highly recommended!

Polite, friendly and efficient service. The site was left clean and tidy. The work was carried out in a timely manner now waiting for a return visit to resurface the pavement.

This was expensive but worth it. Drain Doctor were extremely fast on the scene, every person I communicated with by phone, text and email were extremely courteous and helpful. Most importantly, the engineer was excellent. He was fully equipped and self-sufficient, he didn't waste a moment of time, and he was efficient, friendly and informative. Thank you!

I had to have some quite extensive work done, all of which was carried out by Simon. He was brilliant from start to finish. Informing me of progress, showing me the work that the needed to be done and why, the work was carried out to a fantastic standard and he kept everything clean and tidy. Couldn’t ask for more - thank you.

Great service . Both guys very pleasant and helpful throughout. Main drain pipe blocked with a random piece of pipe through it!
Removed sealed up and tested. Can now flush toilet roll again . It’s the small things !

Danny & Simon did the works for us. We had issues with roots causing a blockage, which led to backup. There were issues with collapsed pipes and tough piping runs, all of which the engineers were able to cope with, both swiftly and cleanly. The service was professional & communicative and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Danny was the technician that visited our site twice for a CCTV survey. We found him to be very helpful, informative, cooperative and friendly. He was happy to accommodate our timings and even waited when we were running late. The staff members in the office were also very pleasant to deal with and helpful when I called to book in and answered all my queries. Would highly recommend.
