They went the extra mile. When unexpected problems occurred they found solutions or workarounds and wouldn't leave until my systems were all clear and running nicely.

Excellent service. Arrived on time, kept me informed, very friendly to deal with.

Rang late Tuesday, had a call Wednesday morning offering me a 2 hour window same day. Then contacted nearer the time with a more accurate arrival time. Connor arrived at the time stated. Advised the process and explained the costing. Carried out the work as agreed. No stress and now no blockage in our drains. A very well polished service. Thank you Connor and the Drain Doctor team. I can certainly recommend them.

Cleared the blockage, but very expensive for less than an hour's work. Cheaper quotes elsewhere, but had been told by the 'call center' that it was safer to have a fixed on-site quote and then proceed with the work. They did not mention during the call that there was a fixed price for clearing internal blockages (£329.74)!

We had expected the drainage contractor to turn up before lunchtime, but they finally arrived after 4pm by which time it was too late to get someone else in that day, and we needed it to be fixed (water coming through the ceiling).

So I wish I had gone with someone else, who had provided a lengthy breakdown of costs - but not easy to compare in advance when you don't know how long the job would take. The DrainDoctor contractor said others would have dragged the time out to make their bill more expensive......

My experience with DrainDoctor was first rate from start to finish. Firstly an incredibly coherent and professional women took my details. Connor from Bournemouth then arrived later in the day to sort out a badly blocked drain in my garden. He worked relentlessly and thoroughly in the pouring rain, leaving nothing uninvestigated. Connor was friendly, polite and incredibly professional and sorted the problem I have had for years. I would highly recommend this company well above other household names I have had in the past. The drainage engineer, Richard Hubbard, took the time to explain the problem and how he planned to resolve the issue. Clearly explained the plan and costs. He had to go away and come back the next working day and he arrived exactly as he committed and took the time to show me the before and after status. I was totally satisfied with the work done and the customer skills of the engineer. Excellent service. Would not hesitate to use again and very happy to recommend. Thank you Richard.
