Poor/ non existent customer service & wrong information

Multiple requests to get the accounts team to send a pro forma for payment, then when chasing order, wrong information, promised arrival Friday 18th July, when chased was told actually now Monday 21st but if not complete a partial would be sent. chassed Monday, was told they had arrived and had been signed for (they hadn't) Yet another call, only to to told it my fault as it took us 3 weeks to pay. unbelievable, Last order I will place, plenty of other companies.

We are a joinery firm and needed a piece of perspex for a project, requested a quote and information, got initial response and quote but any further calls or emails were ignored. shame

Brilliant company

Brilliant company, extremely friendly staff, quick service & great products too! Second time I have used the company now and have been recommending to everyone. Great to be able to use a local company rather than a big online outsourced place. And even better that their customer service is so good!

Everything went well

Everything went well. We placed our order, the company e-mailed to double check on our requirements regarding cutting of holes to make sure they had the correct information. The items were delivered promptly and well packaged.
