Gutter Centre are a great company to deal with. We do a lot of business with them now and nothing is ever a problem. The customer service is top class too. They actually take the time to check your orders for you too which I think is brilliant. I have made a couple of mistakes with orders and they have phoned to check and then ended up sorting for me. Most suppliers would just be happy to take the orders and process them without any consideration, which would then cost us extra money and a lot of time lost - Gutter Centre go out of their way to try and prevent this and genuinely want to help their customers. Highly recommend.

Had an urgent need for some shower drains. The team sourced them from the supplier factory and arranged I could collect directly. 1 month later I had another request - I had lost one screw for the grate. At short notice and no cost they sourced replacement screws posted to me.

I was struggling to get my aluminium gutter parts, was recommended by the rep to contact Gutter Centre, phoned, within 2 minutes I had paid and delivery was 3 working days away. Items arrived on time. As a builder it’s hard to find such good service nowadays. Thank you.

Wow, what a company to deal with, great prices and a really sturdy heavy product, well painted, an item arrived damaged so I took an image, sent it off and two days later a replacement arrived without question. Sian has been 1st class to deal with so, overall, a very pleasing transaction and I would recommend them 100%, oh yes, the site is well designed to help you pick and basket all your parts allowing you you have it as a quote or a shopping basket with full price layout.

I'd inadvertently ordered the wrong size but it must be a common mistake so they Sian from their customer service team proactively contacted to me to explain the potential issue and she was right. They corrected the order and I even got a small refund.

Exceptionally good care and service from Sian. There was significant delay on my Lindab parts, outside of Gutter Centre's control, and Sian kept me updated continually on when the parts would come through, even though this was a very small order. She also very promptly refunded parts I returned. A nice reminder of what really great customer service feels like!

I ordered from theguttercentre.co.uk recently and everything went smoothly. The website was straightforward, my order arrived on time, and the gutters were good quality. Installation was easy, and customer service was helpful when I had a question. All in all, a solid experience. Would buy from them again.

Just found this company on the Web and always a risk when you are buying something bespoke. We needed a made to measure metallic frame for a cope on our extension.

A problem fitting together two components was highlighted to the team at Gutter Centre. Big shout out to Geraint at GC who resolved this for us and sent out a replacement component very quickly!

These folks are so helpful !! They can’t do enough for you . Helped me through my project from start to fin ! I would 100% recommend them .

Been dealing with this Company for a few days now. Not a good experience. A particular 82mm pipe was ordered, which arrived with other things. Appeared to have been run over. Not a good response from the Company, who it appears, simply collate orders and take the money and then get the different brands to send out, classic middlemen do nothing really sort of Company.

Replacement pipe just arrived, smashed and broken having been through another four couriers, the last delivery guy was so apologetic and a credit to his delivery company (Grand Prix Express) though he could see on his screen that it had already been booked in as damaged upstream of his delivery.

They did not even offer to pay my wages for the two days I waited in for them!!!!

Overall this Company seems to exist to act as a middleman and nothing else, I am not even sure they hold stocks of what you are looking for at all!

All in all a very very bad experience and now looking at Trustpilot scores, please check the ten per cent of reviews that are low and decide for yourself.

I would not be prepared to use this outfit again. No way.
